Surprised we don't have one of these threads yet with all of the footy heads we have around. What's everybody's thoughts so far? As a United fan, I can't wait until we get a central defender healthy. Missing Ferdinand, Jones, Smalling, and Evans is killing us. Carrick just isn't comfortable back there. Swansea's been impressive against inferior teams so far, looks like the loss of Rodgers didn't hurt them too bad. Looking forward to Liverpool/City tomorrow as well. Should be a good one. It'll be interesting to see how long City plays that 3-5-2... I would imagine teams like United or Arsenal with good wingers could exploit that space on the flanks.

Some great Boxing Day matches today! MAnchester United/Newcastle was a real thriller. I'm convinced Chicho can only score after the 85th minute.

Norwich is much better than Villa. I believe the Chelsea game (maybe the one before that) was the first they'd lost in 8 matches or so. Norwich is also one of the more organized defensive teams in the league, I'll be surprised if they give up more than 4 in a game to anybody the rest of the season. I'm sure Chelsea will be fine, but I don't think they can touch the top 2 this season.

City could fall, and united has problems staying healthy but they're soooo deep. I like Chelsea though in next years Champions League
