Figured I'd finally do one of thees. My name is Tyler Kasperson, hence the user name Kasper. I'm 19 years old, born February 17th, 1992. I was born in Huron, SD where I still live today (well technically where I live when not at college). Growing up I was never big on football, was mostly little league baseball and a community league of soccer. The day I realized I would love the game of football was 8th grade when we were doing a drill where one person carried the ball and had to run through 3 tacklers, each tackler had a 10 yard long and about 3 yard wide box of room to either avoid or run through or course get tackled. I was a lot bigger than kids growing up, and am still a fairly big dude compared to a lot of my friends today, and I ended up running right through the 3 kids with ease. I realized that day I was going to love this game haha. I played linebacker and fullback my freshman year on the JV team. My sophomore year I got an underage alcohol consumption so had to sit out 4 games I think it was. I busted my tail during practice and when I got done with the "suspension" I got to start on Varsity. Definitely the best times of my life playing football those next 3 years. My senior year I received all conference honors at middle linebacker.

Anyways, after high school I went to South Dakota State University located in Brookings, SD- about an hour east of Huron. I finished up there, but didn't really like it. I'm planning on transferring to a tech school next fall. I'll have my own place with a couple buddies, and it's kind of the party house in that town so who knows.. could be a lot of fun.

I'm a big Nebraska fan, and have really started liking the Lions for an NFL team. I've never been real big on pro teams, and usually just cheered for Minnesota's team because that is kind of the trend around here.

Blah, don't know what else to say so I'll throw up a couple pictures.

Me in the middle, #33 -- I think I liked that number because of former Buckeye James Laurinitis at the time.

Me in the middle, buddy on the left is probably my best friend and is currently in Hawai'i waiting to get deployed for the Marines. Guy on the right is another really good friend.

Another one of me and my good buddy.

    There ya go kids.

Well I'll go ahead and do mine, I've been on the site around a year now as a PS3 guy, but had no money when I got the yellow light of death. After a while I got enough and bought a 360.

    Name:Nick Bonardi
    Age: 19 (20 in November)

So I'm 19, and go to Florida State. Currently I'm living at home in Delray Beach, FL for the summer (hopefully the last time I'll be home for more than 7 days). At FSU I'm an accounting major, but I'm probably going to switch to finance this year. I love going to FSU and am having a great time. At home at work at some nice ice cream and chocolate shop. I went to a little catholic school in Boca and my favorite things to do have to do with sports.

I used to be really good at soccer, until I quit to play basketball in 6th grade, but at 5'5", I kinda suck at basketball and most other sports. In high school I played JV basketball 3 years (yeah not too good and at a catholic school), and senior year I played varsity soccer. I always wanted to play football, but never did. I always will kill myself over that since Pope was pretty bad at football, so maybe I could've had a shot to play. Now my top 3 activities drinking, playing video games, and playing sports with my friends, pretty much everything: soccer, basketball, wiffleball, football, and my favorite: Pool lacrosse. And just to let you all know why I'm not good at sports: Not only am I 5'5", 145, but I am sooo slow. I probably run a 6.0 40 and I have about a 14 inch vertical leap. Also my vision is terrible. About 20-150 without glasses (or something like that)

My favorite teams growing up were Florida State, the Marlins, and the Heat. Now I just like FSU and the Marlins. I'm big into FSU football and basketball and still enjoy the Marlins. I'll still watch the NFL and NBA all the time, but don't have any allegiance. I used to like the Heat, like a lot back when they had teams with guys like Wade, Shaq, Odom, the Butlers, Haslem, Rafer Alston, Michael Doleac, and of course, my favorite Jason Kapono. Now I hate the Heat. Can't stand LeBron and never respected Wade after he gave up in 2008. And of course, Jason kapono is probably the best 3-point shooter of all time, if not the best.

I love going to the FSU games, and got to catch the game at Miami this year. Also I've had September 17th, 2011 marked on my calendar for about a year now. Finally I'll be able to go to College Gameday when we play #1 Oklahoma. I'm always cautiously optimistic about the Noles, and always have doubt with how I've seen them play in the 2000s. Beat OU and we got a shot. Can't beleive I said that

Haha that's great. From a 600 kid school, I've seen my share of blowouts, mostly when we'd lose 70-0 in football. And it happened like twice a year

In Ohio the private schools tend to be better than the public schools. I'm surprised it's that different.

95% of the private schools here aren't as good as the public schools. But some are really good because they recruit, like St. Thomas Aquinas who's like top-5 nationally

in california its different too tho. at least in so cal. Like mater dei is pretty good, but long beach poly is a football power house and its public. especially on the basketball side tho...you have schools like artesia, westchester, dominguez, fairfax, etc that put out nba players all public school.

yea i guess so lol but yea...in so cal i think football does too. i mean mater dei is good and oaks christian was good...but lots of the public schools in OC are pretty good, dominguez, poly, los al is usually a great program. So cal isnt huge on private schools i guess. But of course up north de la salle is a legendary private school.

A lot of the top basketball programs are private as well. Just look at Oak Hill, St. Anthony's, Montrose Christian to name a few. It seems like the top draft picks that came straight out of high school were from private schools.

yea thats true...in so cal its like majority public school that puts out the pros in basketball. Artesia (james harden, jason kapono, ed an charles o bannon), westchester (trevor ariza, amir johnson, hasahn adams, gabe pruitt, marcus williams) Dominguez (tyson chandler, tayshaun prince, Brandon jennings (before oak hill), and most all other so cal players are from public schools.

football wise...long beach poly has put out more nfl players then any hs in america! And im pretty stoked cus they have a reality show coming out now

I'm just saying that the public schools do a lot better than in football, where they disproportionately litter the top. In football, for example, 5 of the 6 state champions were private schools.

Private schools have the luxery to recruit(in Cali). The private schools I'm most familiar with aren't really powerhouses but will occasionally put a collection of top notch talent together and dominate. I know Modesto Christian has been a basketball powerhouse in Cali with guys like Adrian Oliver and Reeves Nelson.

yea ive heard of them before...and yea that recruiting thing is great..but they mus suck cus its too much talent for there to be no major powerhouses. like mater dei should be best school in nation in fb and bball with all the cali talent from both.

I suppose I will join in on this.

My name is Rob Lung. I'm currently 19 years old, going on 20 this year. I was born in Utah, but was raised in the great state of Hawai'i. I am a huge sports fan, my favorite teams are the Atlanta Falcons, Miami Heat, and the Hawai'i Warriors. I am currently unemployed and single. I'm currently not going to school because my family and I have plans to move to Vegas in the near future. When I move, I really want to go to a school where I can get a degree in video game design, and go along that path. My dream job would be working for EA Sports, on the NCAA Football title.

I love video games and have been playing for majority of my life. I am known as the video game master when i'm with my friends because of my skills in the Halo, Call of Duty, and Gears of War franchises. I won a few local tournaments for Call of Duty and Halo, but never got serious enough/had enough money to compete on the national level.

When i'm not playing video games though, you can usually find me playing basketball, paintball, or at the beach. I also enjoy playing the guitar and have been
doing so for a couple of years now. My favorite genres of music are Roots Reggae, Hip-Hop Rap, and Alternative. I also enjoy dubstep, but usually only when i'm high.......lol.

And I will leave you guys with a couple of pictures.

This is a picture of my dad, me, my sister, and my cousin at Disneyland. I was in much need of a hair cut.

Copy/Paste from our OMFL 'Who are We' Seasonal thread. For some of the OMFL owners bios http://forums.traditionsportsonline.com/threads/who-are-we-in-the-omfl-season-7-edition.55122/

Some info that isn't on this. . .I'm 27 and just moved to New Orleans from Spokane, WA. Yes a BIG change but I love it! I have worked in the radio industry for the last 8 years. . .all of them behind the mic until now. I am currently an Account Executive at WWL Radio and the New Orleans Saints radio network.

Many of you will be hearing much more from me soon (spoiler alert!) so I thought it best to briefly introduce myself.

I have been on TF/TSO for two years now as I was one of the original members of the 'new' PS3 version of the OMFL. We are currently in Season 7, our fourth season in Madden 11.

    Enjoy!

    Vegas in April!

    PERSONAL BACKGROUND:
    1. Real Name: Seth Dunlap
    2. Location: New Orleans, LA (just moved!!!)
    3. What do you do for a living or for school: I'm an account executive for WWL Radio
    4. Family/Pets: My puppy Heidi...love ya!
    5. Cell Phone for easy emergency contact: 509-330-5268 (please use it if I'm gonna get frozen!!!)
    6. AIM: sterlingcoug
    7. Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, ect.): www.facebook.com/seth.dunlap

    MADDEN BACKGROUND:
    8. Tell us why you play Madden: It keeps my competitive juices flowing and I love video game football. What more can I say!
    9. Tell us why you play in the OMFL: It's just a great 'fraternity' of Madden players, and the core group here I feel like we are all pretty much friends even tho we've never really met each other. Speaking of which, crawfish boil at Deanie's on me fellas! Let's do it!
    10. What is you biggest Madden/OMFL accomplishment: Still hanging my hat on 25 straight wins and an undefeated OMFL Bowl season during Season 4.
    11. What is your most haunting Madden/OMFL experience: Honestly, I've pretty much shit the bed the last two playoffs. Two years ago I had 1st and goal at the 1 on Dunn and somehow time expired before I could score to tie it. This last year I had a 7 point lead AND the football AND only 4 minutes left AND 1st down on Mustang, but just went all mental and blew that one too. Can't keep throwing away those opportunities.
    12. What is your Madden Philosophy (I know we've asked this before, but its interesting to see if philosophies change over time): Run, run run....then run....run some more. And be able to stop everybody else's pass happy offenses.

    OMFL QUESTIONS:
    13. What makes this league so special? Or maybe you don't feel so. Tell is why: There is no other league with such a close knit core of owners. It's what in the end puts us over the top.
    14. Tell us your biggest Season 6 memory: Mustang's pick 6 to tie it in the AFC Championship game. OUCH.
    15. Time to give us some input on the other 3 owners in your division again. Tell us if there was a movie made about your division, what famous actor would play these owners and why?
-Owner 1: Ox: The tall goofy guy from Everybody Loves Raymond. . .he's always trying new things but they just never seem to work out. But he can still be funny and make us all laugh.
-Owner 2: Duval: Rodney Dangerfield. . .cuz nobody seems to give him any respect.
-Owner 3: Stealth: Some new up and coming actor that you don't know much about but heard they are pretty good.
    16. It's the final season of Madden 11. What has been the thing you will remember most about this version: The unreal man defense that has really thrown this game a bit out of whack. At the same time, the strides made in the offense line blocking that have really fixed every blocking problem we've ever complained about. Kudos there EA!
    17. What has been the most impressive thing you've seen in this league: Dunn's corner routes. I still don't know how he does it, and haven't seen anybody else who can do it like that.
    18. What has been the most depressing thing you've seen in this league: The departure of some great owners.
    19. Give us a bit of an in depth prediction on the upcoming season for your team: I really feel like we've just had great progression, and have been able to fill the holes we lose to mandy cuts. I feel as focused as I was during Season 4. I think the Jags are in for big things again. I expect it might come down to another AFC Title game against Miami, but we shall see.
    20. Other than yourself, who has the best shot to win OMFL Bowl VII and why: Remember I am rarely right. . .that said I don't really see anybody but Mustang or myself winning it this year. PROVE US WRONG PEOPLE! :)
