If you don't believe recruting rankings matter, tomahawknation (my fellas) breakdown the impact and they do the research to back it up... Indulge yourselves if you have time to burn or bored as hell at work http://www.tomahawknation.com/2011/1/31/1965917/recruiting-rankings-do-matter
I heard on ESPN Radio this morning the 4 teams that are picking up steam here at the end of recruiting are Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida State.

He is the #1 ILB and probably the top prospect in Florida. I would say he goes with Florida or Florida State on Wednesday.
A Look Back to the 2007 class and where are they now (LINK)Dez Bryant, Joe McKnight, Jimmy Clausen, Eric Berry, etc...ESPNU1501-150one that made me LMAO!101. Willy Korn, QB (Duncan, S.C./James Byrnes) In 2007, he appeared in two games. In 2008, he appeared in six games and made his first start in Week 7, but suffered a shoulder injury and had surgery later in the year. In 2009, he played in nine games, despite losing the starting job to Kyle Parker. He transferred to Marshall in hopes of competing for a starting QB job but was moved to safety. Korn transferred again to Division II North Greenville.
I'm going to bed but I have a premium membership at Rivals, one of our H4Y guys is a contributor at Rivals and another H4Y guy writes for Scout. Holler at me if you need any info.
appreciate it but not doing anything really in depth just sharing some stuff for the people that don't keep up with the happenings during the offseason...
@f4cekha0s "If only signing classes ='d National Titles!" lmao! maybe not national titles but... I didnt say they did not matter. I said that being #1 in recruiting does not a national champion make. FSU has alot of work to do before they sniff a Title game. The 2011 class for FSU could have used a decent QB. I just dont see Manuel getting the job done. Clemson had a pretty good haul, and V. Tech is always a force in the ACC. I really do like where the author of that article claims the FSU has had terrible coaching for "much of the last decade". Another example of FSU fans and writers throwing Bowden under the bus.
The writers are pretty much unbiased but they believe that Bowden should have been out of there a long time ago, and they put a lot of the blame on coordinators not developing the talent. Amato, Jeff Bowden, and a few others were awful at coaching. Remember the name Coker, I believe he will develop fine as a QB for the Noles. Clemson, ahhh haha and VT always scares me but Beamer is only 2-13 or 2-14 against the Noles plus if we keep improving and developing no one in the ACC will challenge us.
