WAITING LIST

We have 16 cars to choose from (1 per person) on a first come, first-served basic PROVIDED YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE RACE SERIES.

Please read carefully. Not everybody will be accepted straightaway. If we have 16 people sign up right away that 1) I know and 2) I think will be there as much as they can then those 16 people will be in. If it’s somebody I don’t know, somebody who has never raced with us, or has had shoddy attendance in past series that they have signed up for, they will be put on the waiting list assuming that we will accept them later as the series fills up.

So

1) State your intention to join the series
2) Wait for me to confirm you as an immediate addition or as the waiting list (don’t take offense if you’re on this list, you’re likely to be let in soon… Remember, 16-person grid)
3) Then choose your car.

STARTING PI: 650

Everybody will start race 1 at 650 PI. As we go along, I will update everybody on what their weekly PI will be, the higher up in the standings, the greater PI hit the person will take. For instance, if you are struggling, your PI will keep increasing, as long as you don’t cause major accidents (I will dish out PI penalties if major accidents are caused through obvious malfeasance :) )

UPGRADE GUIDELINES

ALL CARS MUST HAVE (if possible):
Forza Race Front Bumper
Forza Race Rear Wing
Race Tire Compound
Race Clutch
Race Transmission
Race Differential
Race Brakes
Race Springs and Dampers
Race Anti-Roll Bars
Race Roll Cage
Race Weight Reduction

SPECIFIC UPGRADE GUIDELINES

Tire Width - Must be upgraded into the Top 3 available widths. For instance, if there are 5 available upgrade widths, you must have one of the 3 widest allowable tires. If there’s only 3 upgrade widths available, then obviously, you just need to have upgrades of any kind in this category. Just can’t be stock.

Engine Swap - Not Allowed

Drivetrain Swap - Not allowed unless just cause is presented, I.E. if the car really ran a different drivetrain when it was raced in the BTCC.

Aspiration Conversion - Allowed

PAINT JOBS

Please find a relatively period specific (late 80′s early 90′s) race paint job for your car on the storefront or do one yourself. Keywords such as BTCC or DTM should find you something… My primary concern is that it looks like a race car. If you want to do your own, that’s obviously fine, but I don’t want people feeling like they have to waste time on the paint; pick something cool off the storefront.
