Just gauging interest in the possibility in having a league for with MLB 13 The show. Saw in earlier forums a lot of interest with MLB 12 the show and having possibly 2-3 games a week. Hopefully we can get a league this year since I really like the game of baseball and the show is great usually every year! If there is enough interest hopefully one of the more experienced members could possibly be commissioner of the league! Looks like on the forums that they tried to get a mlb 13 the show season started but it seems like they could not generate enough interest...
There will be a show league this year. There are already plans in the works for it. More will be announced the closer we get to release date.
I definitely would love to join a show league here on TSO. With all due respect (every time I hear that line I think of Will Ferrell in Talladega Nights) to Emmdotfrisk, I personally just don't have the time to dedicate to his incredible league such that I would be a quality member. I know there was a thread last season about starting up a "simple" league as the OP stated. That is what I am looking for.
It really sucks that they can't put together an online franchise, especially with the nice improvements they made to off-line franchise. With the new scouting, training and budgets it seems really in depth, would've been fun online.
There is going to be an online franchise this year. Saw on a site a picture from Japan or Taiwan game conference showing the option to choose online franchise. Look it up if you get time.
