I'll be updating Statslab / the reports after the file is up, but in the mean time feel free to start the draft on the forums. The clock doesnt officially start until Wednesday at 9AM EST. JohnnyClutch you're up.
CF Jeff "Nimrod" Morris Since taking over Cincinnati our offense has been at the bottom of the league. Norris looks to be the star of the future for the Reds. He should hit for a high average, a lot of home runs, and not strikeout all that much. Looks like the fans will love this type of player. With stocking up on arms in the first two drafts since taking over, it made the choice of selecting Jeff that much easier.
The draft is up in statslab and I'm uploading reports now. This also means that all the new GMs should now have access to Statslab. The default password is baseball, I would suggest changing your password when you login for the first time.
SP Mike Andersen After a recent take over and after reviewing their situation, the Rockies have determined that they need better pitching. With their ball park being an easy place to crush the ball, the Rockies specifically need groundball pitchers. SP Mike Andersen is the selection and he looks to become a future #1 or #2 starter for Colorado.
I suppose that's better than being the AntiChrist, though ryalaman might consider them one and the same.
If you wanted a bat, I like what you got. I liked SS Josh Alomar a hair more, but it's hard to argue with the value at C.
