Madden 13 Community Day #1: TSO Top 5 Wishlist
TSO EA Gamechangers RynoAid and Emmdotfrisk will be heading to Orlando for the first Community Day for Madden 13 this week from 2/14 to 2/16. RynoAid asked for the TSO communities’ top things they would like to see addressed for Madden 13. Here are a selection of the most commonly sought after updates.
- Update and improve Online Franchise
Online Franchise has thus far been a shell of what it potentially could be. Web site integration sites such as XFN and MLM have done a admirable job of filling in some of the gaps. However, features such as salary cap, cpu personnel logic, and better stat tracking are desired for in game Online Franchise. The ability to adjust sliders and be able to practice with ones Online Franchise team also are top wishes from Madden gamers.
- Include the ability to import NCAA draft classes into Madden
This integration between both NCAA and Madden would bring the 2 games closer together. This could allow the same group of gamers to play both NCAA and Madden and get extra value from each game.
- Update the Commentary
Several members are asking for an overhaul or update to the games commentary. This is an on going wish where fans want more accurate and varied commentary.
- Fix the Weather
Madden 12 seems to have bad weather conditions and high wind much too often as compared to real life weather conditions.
- Improve WR/DB Interactions
Add features like DB head tracking, better physical interaction between the WR and DB, handfighting and jostling for position, and better hip movement from both players. Madden 12 offered some improvement to zone defense coverage, but some more realistic route running and coverage in man would go a long way. This could allow elite DBs and WRs to really shine with skills like route running and awareness.
