Fair warning, if we ever meet and you have on a Pokeman shirt, I'm going to use your balls as a speedbag.
I was actually fairly certain you were the guy in the Jeff Gordon shirt before you texted me that. But I didn't want to guess wrong.

Us soccer sent us (fans in brazil that they are aware of) an email saying fill this form to let us know your plans. We'll try to work out a deal with fifa to get you guys in that game. Note that tix are not guaranteed blah blah disclaimers. But it seems like they'll do their best to keep people around and get then in the game together. On the way from Recife to Natal I took a break at a gas station and the guys there were going to the game. A friend I met here had a ticket already, she was planning to be there before all this. I expect a good number. I just can't, not that flexible.
Hey man, we fought. If we would have lost 2-0 I would have a much more sour feeling. Of course the sour feeling is there seeings how we were right there and had a chance to steal it at the end of regulation.
I thought Beasley did fine I was just curious about Chandler. Future for USA soccer is certainly bright.
Beasley forgot that it wasn't 2002. I actually thought he looked really good in this tournament. Really feel for Wondo. He finishes that chance 9 times out of 10. Just the one f'ing time we need him he fucked it up. Timmy Howard is the goddamn man. Mother fucking fuck. Those are about the 4 thoughts running through my head at the moment. Was a good run. I was really proud of the support in Toledo. It's not something I'm used to seeing out here, and makes the loss a little bit easier to deal with. It's exciting to me to see people caring about the game. If even half of those people stick around and become fans it's a win in my book.
Altidore's injury really hurt us and our tactics. His speed and power could have helped relieve pressure that was sorely needed. Look at the domino effect, Clint up top, Bradley as an attacking mid, Beckerman on, Jones out wide... etc. Really shows how little depth we have. It forced these guys to play out of position and it turns out that we dont really have much of an attacking strategy. The defenders, Beckerman, Jones, Bradley, Howard, all played their asses off... they were under extreme pressure the entire tournament. We got further than we probably should have and we should all be happy with the result. It was so much fun to watch and cheer and drink beer with friends talking football. great last few weeks.
