The star rating is relative. Its based off how your player is attribute wise compared to the league average at your position. Thats why they fluctuate so much and also dont mean much.
You really think that's why I did it? Or do you think I actually want him to be a 2B? Look at his infield ratings and look at my OF.
I'm not sure how that explains having him in your lineup at LF, but I'm just giving you a hard time. What are his stars at LF out of curiosity?
I'm honestly not sure. I want to say he was a 3* LF. I decided to move him to 2B after Dave Kramer started really struggling and I realized there was no room for him in the OF. That was a couple months ago, and he's been on the DL since. No point in changing my lineup/his position when he's on the DL, plus they learn positions quicker in spring training. I changed his position to remind me to play him there this spring.
