I dont know if you could hear me when I was talking, but maybe make sure that your profile is set to "appear online". I know that this seemingly affects some of the apps on Xbox 1... perhaps that could be the root cause of this.

Or perhaps I need to power cycle my console. Invite when you get back online and we will see what happens.

"unable to join" could also be a NAT issue. The playbook issue tends to let you join the game, but it freezes as it loads.
