Season 1 of NFL Blitz a success
The first NFL Blitz league on Tradition Sports has just wrapped up their first season, and it was a big success. The league is looking to expand for Season 2 with an additional 2 to 4 teams. Now is the time to join this exciting game.

“I started a thread a while back to try and spark some interest in an NFL Blitz League. Just to get a change of pace type league, get away from the Madden and NCAA stuff a bit. We had 6 guys fully committing to our first season.
We had a team draft, the order was set up by Tradition Sports Online sign up date. Below are the owners and teams they selected. This was not the draft order!!
Steamer43 - Detroit Lions
niuhuskie224 - Chicago Bears
Fiddy14 - New England Patriots
WreckEm27 - Houston Texans
IXI DECAY IXI - New Orleans Saints
Thelton81 - Baltimore Ravens
We played a 10 game regular season with the Top 4 Seeds earning Playoff spots. When it was all said and done the league only took about 7 1/2 weeks. Not bad at all, kudos to everyone for scheduling games quickly.

The Playoff Matchups…
Texans @ Lions and Patriots @ Bears
The Lions won their game 35 to 28, a typical Blitz type game, with it being only 1 possession difference. The Bears also won their game in dominating fashion 50 to 36. The Bears D forced i do believe 4 Turnovers.
TF: Blitz Bowl I was all that was left.
The Lions defeated the Bears 31-19 in the first ever Tradition Football Blitz Bowl!!
