The Bulldogs escaped Ann Arbor is a wh&re with a win. The Georgia defense had trouble stopping the pass most of the day, but was able to force 3 interceptions. DE Andre Kelly also had 2 sacks. The defensive backs will be getting worked at practice, as Michigan completed 6 or 7 3rd down conversions of over 8 yards. RS Jr HB Nick Cole paced the offense, with 115 yards and 3 TD. RS Jr QB Zach Brown was efficient, completing 13 of 14 passes for 181 yards.

Michigan finished with 397 passing yards and 3 TD, but could only manage 25 yards on the ground on 13 carries.

    GG Big Suge.

A trip to Starkville, MS is next for the Dawgs.

UGA 344 total yards. 28 rushes 163 yards 4 TD. 13-14 passing 181 yards TD.
    scUM 422 total yards. 13 rushes 25 yards. 22-41 passing 397 yards 3 TD 3 INT.

Georgia sleepwalked through a win in this one. The first TD was scored by SS Dan Davis on a pick-6 where he juked the hell out of the QB. It was sweet, but I forgot to save the highlight. On offense, the WRs dropped 7 balls and QB Brown was inaccurate all day. The offense ran for 196 yards, but some of that came in mop up duty.

UGA 434 total yards. 29 rushes 196 yards 4 TD. 16-35 passing 238 yards TD INT.
    MSU 201 total yards. 24 rushes 37 yards. 12-24 passing 164 yards 2 INT. 3 Fumbles lost.

The second team defense gave up a score again. They have given up a TD in all 4 games they have played this season, blowing up 3 shutouts. Zach Brown led the offense, throwing 2 TD. Matt Tyson came back from injury and had 100 yards receiving and a TD. The running game went for over 200 yards split between 4 backs.

This was a sloppy game, as QB Zach Brown threw 3 INT. Two of the INT were not his fault, as freshman receivers did not attack the ball and allowed DBs to undercut routes. The offensive line is not moving people off the football and it's affecting HB Nick Cole's ability to find space. Luckily, Parsons and Jackson are picking up the slack in the backfield. The defense played well again. They have held opponents without a TD through 3 quarters in 5 of the 6 games played.

This was a game of runs for both teams. UCLA received the ball first. On their first play from scrimmage, the HB fumbled and Georgia recovered at UCLA's 22 yard line. On Georgia's first play from scrimmage, QB Zach Brown would find Matt Tyson for the score and the lead. UCLA would be stopped on downs on its next two possessions and Georgia would answer with TDs to take a 21-0 lead with about 4 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. The Bruins would find success on their next drive, throwing the ball all over the field and scoring with about 2 minutes left in the half, making the score 21-7. The UCLA defense then made a stop; giving the Bruins the ball on their own 30 with about 40 seconds left in the half. UCLA again moved the ball well, but time ran out after a long pass down the middle. Georgia took a 21-7 lead into the half and would receive the ball.

Georgia found tough sledding on offense in the second half. QB Zach Brown would throw an INT over the middle of the field, resulting in a UCLA FG to cut the lead to 21-10. UCLA would add a TD on its next possession in the 4th quarter to cut the lead to 21-16. The 2 point conversion failed. Georgia's offense stalled again and they were forced to punt to the Bruins. The Bruins had the ball on their own 30 with a chance to take the lead late in the game, but CB Marvin Robinson intercepted an errant pass. Georgia would turn it into a FG and hold on for the win.

UCLA 306 total yards. 8 rushes 23 yards. 17-28 passing 283 yards 2 TD INT.
UGA 305 total yards. 29 rushes 140 yards TD. 9-18 passing 165 yards 2 TD INT.

This game was a struggle throughout. Kentucky's RB broke about 20 tackles and their QB was tough on 3rd down. Georgia did enough to win. QB Zach Brown threw for 3 TD on 16 pass attempts.

    UK 365 total yards. 21 rushes 93 yards. 23-33 passing 272 yards 2 TD.
UGA 338 total yards. 26 rushes 116 yards TD. 12-16 passing 222 yards 3 TD.

There were two deciding factors in this game. Georgia forced 2 turnovers and the Bulldog offense was 7 for 10 on 3rd down. The yardage gained was pretty even, with Georgia gaining 315 to FSU's 306. Most of FSU's offense came through the air, with their QB tossing for 238 yards and 2 TD. Georgia was balanced, with Jr HB Nick Cole running for 123 yards and a TD and Jr QB Zach Brown going 17-21 for 189 yards and 2 TD with no turnovers.

    Good game Ceewo.

    FSU 306 total yards. 7 rushes 68 yards TD. 14-27 passing 238 yards 2 TD 2 INT.
UGA 315 total yards. 29 rushes 126 yards TD. 17-21 passing 189 yards 2 TD.
