#19 Tennessee vs. #24 Texas A&M Preview #19 Tennessee Sets Its Sights On #24 Texas A&M Knoxville, TN - All the talk around Tennessee is about the upcoming game against the Texas A&M Aggies in Neyland Stadium this Saturday. Though Texas A&M has higher rated players, they share the same record (pending their game against #4 Texas) with Tennessee. Tennessee will look to hold an offense in check that averages 34.9 points a game, ninth in the nation. They will have to hold Senior QB Ryan Tannenhill from making big plays with his arm, but perhaps even moreso with his legs, as he is a potent scrambler. The running back duo for Texas A&M is explosive, as Juniors Christine Michael and Ryan Swope have blazing speed, and can juke defenders when in open space. Though the middle of the front 7 seems formidable, with Senior Tony Jerod Eddie (97 OVR) and Junior Adren Dorsey (90 OVR) anchoring the defensive line, it seems like their weakness would be the outside, and their vulnerable outside linebackers, which Coach Jam would probably hope to exploit. The Texas A&M secondary is very talented, and if Tennessee is forced to throw, it could cause some problems for the Volunteers. Should be a hard fought battle in Neyland Stadium. Prediction: The home crowd is the deciding factor, as #19 Tennessee defeats #24 Texas A&M, 24-21, in this battle of top 25 teams.
