The amount of scholarships that can be offered at any given time will be dictated by the following formula:
A = number of seniors on your team that will graduate
B = number of underclassmen that qualify for pro draft with aforementioned rules. So underclassmen that are 90+ and have won an award.
C = number of walk-ons on your team. Walk-ons may be cut at any time.
D = Three additional scholarships to provide a cushion.
E = 70 - current amount of players currently on roster
    A + B + C + D + E = total number of available scholarships.
**Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit.**
    Recruiting Violations
1st offense: Cut the player that puts you over the limit
2nd offense: Cut the player that puts you over the limit and lose half your class the following year
    3rd offense: Pack your bags.
All 1st & Ten coaches will abide by the TSO General NCAA Football Rules.
Team previews, game recaps and general interaction with fellow coaches are a required facet of this and all TSO OD.
    Advance Schedule
We will work on a hard 72 hour advance schedule barring the occasional need for an extension. Any expected absences should be posted in the Vacation thread
    Coaching Carousel
:2stars:teams can move at the three year mark
:3stars:teams can move at four year mark
A Coach can move one prestige at a time, except the :2stars:coaches that wait for season 4. They can go two prestige after fourth year.
No one can move to a :5stars::1stars:or an original :5stars::1stars:
Coaches can move to teams in the same conference.

Kaos I know you have not seen this because we could not invite you into the PM so I will add it here also:

Ok we are going into Week 3 of the OD and we have had our first gameplay concerns between coaches. I honestly cannot say I am shocked. Not because I questioned anyone's gameplay coming in, but because none of us have ever played each other before a couple weeks ago. The one thing I do not want to see or will tolerate is back and forth in the forums about other user gameplay. With that said here are some guidelines that we should all follow:

    • If a USER game suffers from lag there needs to be discussion between both players about it. If the lag is on both sides a restart is acceptable and probably for the best. If only one user is suffering from the lag and it is early on the USER can ask for restart. This needs to be done early and not after fallowing behind by multiple scores. We need to be open and fair regardless of the side we fall on.
    • If there are questions about gameplay, same thing there needs to be some dialogue, actual dialogue not accusations. USE YOUR WORDS!! If there are questions about going for it on fourth pause the game and ask them why.
    • If someone asks you about your gameplay do not get overly defensive. State your case, advise of the TSO or 1st and Ten rule or guideline that fits the situation.
    • If you express your concern about the gameplay during the game and they are ignored, complete the game and save some highlights of the questionable instances so we can discuss.
    • Rage quitting a game is unacceptable and could be grounds for immediate removal from an OD, this is the sitewide position.
There are a couple items I also want to clear up:
    • No one should super sim or sim any portion of the game. You get up big (17-21+ points in the 4th quarter for example) sub out your starters and turn on chew clock.
    • Aggressive run commit should not be used with the exception of goalline stands. Blocking AI is lacking we all know so using run commit in other circumstances is unacceptable.
    • QB runs should be designed or done only if the play breaks down.
If anyone has any other questions or concerns this is where we will do it. IF a specfic issue comes up in game create a PM between you, the other USER and myself. State in clear detail your issue/concern. Name calling or any negative statements are unacceptable. Everyone needs to post in here that they agree before we will advance into week four.

If you throw a TD for over 30 yards you need to save the highlight regardless of whether it happens in a CPU or USER game. IF you save it and there is an error when the DW story uploads, you need to go into My NCAA and upload the highlight to your EA Sports profile. After that has been done add the link to the game summary.
