Warriors get a little better at backup center and pick up a draft pick in exchange for taking on the salary.

I just want to dump Haywood's salary. So if you reject this, suggestions are welcome.

This trade has not officially discussed yet, but just FYI we do take the overall value of deals into consideration.

Haywood's got one of the worst contracts in the NBA, so you will probably need to offer the CPU a sweet deal to make it work.

I'll look around some more. How much do you guys value picks?

They can be very valuable, just depends on how your team is doing.

Obviously picks that are looking like lottery picks will be more valuable than the picks of contenders.

Sorry buddy, this got rejected. Golden State isnt getting enough back to warrant taking on Haywoods huge contract.

Would adding a first rounder do it? I finished last season 1-10 as the coach of the Mavs. There is a strong chance it's a lottery pick.

Nope. For a team to take on Haywood's contract they also need to be getting the best player in the deal.

    PG Charles Jenkins 58 B- 1 year/490K

They get a a first and second round pick and Roddy B who would instantly be their best defender at guard.

To give up Haywood you are gonna have to trade like Jet or Dirk. He financially handcuffs whatever team he's on for 5 years. Whoever takes him in needs to make sure they can handle it.
