The South Florida Bulls took on the Missouri Tigers in a user vs user game. The only thing was the Missouri User was MIA. So coach McGriffLe took on the CPU and the CPU handed it to the Bulls.

The first quarter was a field position battle with no scoring taking place. The Tigers got on the board first with a 24 yard FG with 3:35 left in the 2nd. The Bulls would drive down into Tiger territory before being taken to the house by a pick six by Gettis. 10-0 Missouri just like that. The Bulls would answer with a spark from KR Bogan with an 89 yard return for a TD. Missouri would drive right down and score another td this one on a pass. As time ran out in the first half the bulls kicked a FG and trailed 17-10.

The 3rd quarter started off with a bang as Bogan took another KR to the house. 17-17 just like that. The Tigers would get a lucky break on there next possession as the Bulls picked off a pass and took it to the house but the refs called roughing the passer and the drive continued with another TD for Missouri. 24-17. The 4th quarter was quiet and the Tigers took home the win 24-17. The Bulls fall to 2-1 and 0-0 in Big East play.

The USF Bulls took their game on the road to the Florida State Seminoles and what a game it was. FSU scored the only points of the first quarter when RB Thomas scored on a 50 yard scamper. The Bulls had the ball only twice and managed just 15 yards of offense.

The Florida State Seminoles would start the barrage of 2nd quarter scoring as Ponder found Owens for a 5 Yards TD to give them a 0-14 lead. Plancher would provide the spark that the USF team needed as he ran the kickoff back 94 Yards to put the Bulls on the board 7-14. Florida Stae would drive down inside the 10 but the Bulls defense would stop them 3 times inside the 5 and FSU kicked a FG to make it 7-17. FSU had to kickoff though and this one went to Plancher who took it 96 Yards for his 2nd KO return TD of the game. 21-20. FSU would add a FG as time expired in the first half. 21-23.

The USF offense finally found some rhythm in the 2nd half. Taking the opening kickoff and driving 70 Yards and eating up 4 minutes off the clock. Grothe found TE Busbee on a wide open PA pass and the 2 point conversion was good. 29-23. Ponder didn't like not having the lead as he fired a 73 yards strike to a wide open Goodman to retake the lead 29-30.

Grothe would find Busbee again this time from 6 yards out but the 2 point conversion was no good. 35-30. The USF defense would get an interception off of Ponder and kick a FG to bring there lead to 38-30. The FSU offense tried one last heave on 4th and 10 but Ponder was hit as he threw and the ball was picked off. Final score 38-30 USF. The Bulls bounce back and are now 3-1 and 0-0 in Big East play.

    USF 33 Cincinnati 20

The Bulls just can't seem to get going in the first quarter of games this year. After Grothe found WR C. Mitchell from 12 yards out the Bulls let Cincinnati right back into the game when T. Pike fond M. Barnett from 11 yards out to tie the game at 7. Grothe then came out and threw a pick 6 but the Bearcats missed the extra point. So after 1 it was 13-7 Cincinnati.

The Bulls got hot quick throw in the 2nd quarter. Grothe found WR A. Love from 14 yards out to take the lead 14-13. Both teams had quick 3 and outs put USF pinned the Bearcats back to there own 3 yard line. On 3rd and 12 from there own 1 the Bearcats were tackled in the endzone for a safety. 16-13 Bulls. On the ensuing possession the Bulls drove down and scored from 1 yard out on a run by HB A. Samuels. 23-13 Bulls. The Bearcats would drive down to the redzone with little time left on the clock but went down the middle of the field and it was picked off by J. Murphy who in the process of being tackled pulled off an Ed Reed and lateraled the ball to N. Allen who took it 91 yards for the score. The Bulls lead at the break 30-13.

The 3rd quarter was also dominated by the Bulls eventhough the didn't get any points to show for it. The Bulls orchestrated a 5 minute drive down into the redzone but Grothe was picked off and the quarter would end with the score the same. 30-13 Bulls.

The 4th quarter was also pretty uneventful. The Bulls would nail a 48 yard FG with 1:15 left in the game to make it 33-13. On the Bearcats next drive they couldn't be stopped. Pike found M. Gilvard from 27 yards out for a late garbage TD. Final score USF 33 Bearcats 20. The Bulls are now 5-1 and 2-0 in conference play.

The Pittsburgh Panthers beat the USF Bulls in a game in which the Bulls never had a chance. The Bulls dropped 8 passes and 2 easy interceptions thanks to the computer most blatant attempt at cheating all year. The Bulls drop a game and now are 5-2 and 2-1 in conference play.

The teams traded FG's in the first quarter and it ended in a 3-3 tie. The 2nd quarter opened up with a 73 yard bomb from Stull to Turner for Pittsburgh. On the play the USF corner jumped about a full second after the WR caught the ball and he was gone. Pittsburgh RB Lewis would add a 5 yard score after the USF WR dropped a wide open pass and it fell into the arms of the defender. USF would manage to kick a FG with 10 seconds left in the quarter to make it 17-6 at the half.

The 3rd quarter the CPU cheating stopped. USF drove down on there first possession and kicked another FG. 17-9. After a USF interception Samuels took the option pitch and scored from 10 yards out. USF decided to go for 2 and got it. The 3rd quarter ended 17-17.

The 4th quarter started and so to the cheating. The Panthers could not be stopped on 3rd down. Going 4-4 on the drive include 2 third and 8 runs and a play where the ball went right through the USF defender on the slant route. There drive was capped off with a 29 yard run by Lewis where the entire USF defense runs the wrong direction. On the following series for USF the Bulls were picked off and the Panthers ran it back to go up 14. USF would strike back quickly on a 19 yard pass from Grothe to Love. The Panther would try to run out the clock but on a 3rd and 10 the Panthers called a screen pass and Stull fumbled the ball and it was recovered by USF. But the small victory for USF was short lived as no USF receiver wanted to catch the ball. Final score Pittsburgh 31 USF 24.
