    2010 Recruiting Numbers

Here is the list of recruiting needs/commits for the regular season:

    Team Need Commits
    Alabama 14 11
    Florida 20 6
    Florida State 9 11
    Miami 12 8
    Missouri 10 10
    Nebraska 23 9
    Texas 16 6
    Texas A&M 16 5
    Virginia Tech 5 4
    Wake Forest 10 3

AA, I will be sending you a PM about the protocol for violating the recruiting rules..

As for everyone else, keep in mind your numbers as we enter the off-season. Remember that your number may increase if you have any underclassmen leave for the draft or transfer to another school..

For the guys switching to a new school in the off-season, I will be coming up with some rules soon for how many guys you will be permitted to recruit in the off-season based on how the CPU had done in the regular season..

Here are the recruiting limits per team for each season. To summarize, you are allowed to recruit as many guys as you have senior and open roster spots to get to 70 total players.. (ie. if I had 14 Seniors and 68 guys on the roster, I could recruit 16 guys)

Once we have reached the off-season, if you have an underclassmen declare for the draft/transfer, you may add another recruit to fill his empty void..

The punishment for going over your limit depends on how many guys you recruit over.. For example, if you recruit one extra guy, you must cut your top recruit from your roster..

    That make sense?

I must be slightly confused here, because first off I could have sworn that there was a +2 rule for available scholarships cushion. The last 2 guys that even committed (after I completely stopped using my recruiting hours the last 2-3 weeks of the season) filled what I thought was the +2 cushion, because I know for sure that I'm gonna lose 3-4 underclassmen to the draft. The last two guys that signed weren't even close to top tier guys (I know one was a 3 star WR). Also, I get +1 because I had a DB win the Thorpe award.

I guess just let me know what the solution is, because the last thing I want is to be viewed as cheating.
