    Week 12
41 Point 2nd Quarter Lifts Tigers over Cyclones

Ames, IO. – The Missouri Tigers road a 41-0 2nd quarter to waltz out of Ames with a 44-21 victory over the Iowa State Cyclones. QB Blaine Gabbert, played only the first half, threw for 170 yards and 2 TD’s. CB Tristen Holt had a pick six, his third in the past 2 games. In that 2nd quarter, the Cyclones turned the ball over 4 times, 3 of them fumbles on kick-off returns.

The ground game continues to be a big concern for the Tigers as they were unable to run the ball effectively once again. 37 carries for 68 yards just isn’t going to cut it!

Next week, Missouri heads to Lawrence for the annual Border War with the Kansas Jayhawks..

You guys are slacking on summaries. I just dropped 2 of my OD's for lack of time. So my efforts are really going to be focused here. Lets see some content and some chatter. Its too early in the game for us to be burnt out already, right?

Looks like Beazus went for the win against VaTech and came up short on a 2 pt conversion with under a minute left in the game. If you guys dont know Beazus and he has a chance for OT or the win, you better bet your ass he's going for 2! Looks like a hell of game guys!

    Va Tech- 28
    Miami- 27

Sometimes its better to be lucky than good as Miami outplayed the Hokies despite beong without their starting QB and RB and jumped to a 21-7 lead. The hurricanes moved the ball with ease compared to Tech who had 29 1st downs to Tech's 17 and doubled them in time of possesion. A huge 80yd TD rec by Boykins before half gave Tech some life and cut the lead to 21-14. Tech came up with another big play with Evans 62yd TD run where he broke to sure tackles. The Hokies would take the lead 28-21. but Miami drove and scored with less than 30 seconds to play and would of course go for the win. But the pass was knocked down. Highlights are on the dynasty wire. Great Game Beazus.
