    2 commits for OU.

:5stars: #1 SS Cory Scott-5'9 204 out of Cape Coral, FL
    B+ spd/acc
    B tak
    B- man/zone/press
    beat out Bama and Texas

Truth be told, I wasn't going after him too hard because I'm set at SS and he's a little short but I saw the other user teams gaining on me so I threw him a call and he committed. I didn't want to help Bama or especially Texas land a stud S.

:4stars: OLB Jeff Hutchinson-6'5 221 out of Greenwood Village, CO
    B str
    B- spd/tkl/htpw/zone
    OU was his only offer.

It looks like CO will be my next pipeline. They're overstocked this year and they all seem to want to come play for me.

WOW! Just realized that UK and Louisville is off the docket this year! Ouch, that hurts my recruiting against them. Oh well, will resume the rivalry next year. After recruiting, on to Akron.

37-19 win over Washington. Locker wasn't heard from much, thanks to our offense being very efficient. Zach Lee went for 286 yards on 20/26 passing and 3TD's.

    WEEK 3: Florida State(35) @ Alabama(45)

    1st Quarter
8:00 – BAMA fumbles kickoff on the 23
6:06 – FSU TD (Pressley, 2 yd run) 7-0 FSU
4:38 – FSU facemask on 3rd down to continue drive
4:03 – BAMA TD (McElroy to Ingram, 15 yd pass) 7-7 Tie
2:39 – FSU TD (McElroy INT to Moody on second possession on BAMA 23) 14-7 FSU

    2nd Quarter
7:57 – BAMA TD (McElroy to Gibson, 36 yd pass on 4th and 16) 14-14 Tie
7:16 – BAMA TD (Ponder INT to Kirkpatrick on FSU 15) 21-14 BAMA
5:26 – BAMA TD (Ingram, 65 yd run) 28-14 BAMA
3:45 – FSU fumbles at BAMA goal line
    0:22 – BAMA FG (43 yd) 31-14 BAMA

    3rd Quarter
2:19 – FSU TD (Pressley, 1 yd run) 31-21 BAMA

    4th Quarter
7:17 – BAMA TD (Ingram, 47 yd run) 38-21 BAMA
6:27 – BAMA TD (Kirkpatrick, 70 yd punt return) 45-21 BAMA
3:55 – FSU TD (Ponder to Reed, 35 yd pass) 45-28 BAMA
2:45 – FSU TD (Ponder to Shaw, 5 yd pass) 45-35 BAMA
2:43 – FSU recovers onside kick
    2:43 – FSU(Ponder) throws INT to Hightower

FSU seemed up to the challenge as they started the game with 2 quick scores, both with a very short field. FSU kept Ingram in check the first quarter by keeping a LB's sole duty to cover him whether it be run or pass. This strategy left some receivers a chance to get open inside. TE Michael Williams was a recipient of this success(5 catches, for 54 yd). Once McElroy got the passing game going, Bama was able to start running once again, focusing on the inside. After what looked to be a long day at first, Ingram began to run and receive well again.(14 rushes for 158 yd and 2 TD, 2 catches for 30 yd and 2 TD) The Bama defense was able to get pressure throughout the game with 4 sacks and 11 TFL's. They were also able to force 4 turnovers(2 INT's and 2 fumbles). This game probably was closer than it should have been due to BAMA turnovers inside their own 20 and the late game no huddle of FSU, but a win is a win. Congrats to a great FSU team that just had some bad breaks.

Offensive Game Ball – Greg McElroy(168.2 rating, 12/19 183 yd, 2 TD and 1 INT) Never could have begun to run without his success in the first half.

Defensive Game Ball – Dre Kirkpatrick(5 tkls, 1 TFL, 1 INT, 1 Forced Fumble, 2 Tds(1 INT and 1 Punt Return)

Me and Gwill were just having an absolute classic when there was a disconnect with 30 seconds left in the game...it was 21-17 and i had 2 time outs and a chance to maybe drive down and score....do we replay or what happens here?

it was a great game only to be disconnected at the end. Auburn was down 17 going into the 4th quarter only to come back and score 21 unanswered points including the go ahead score with 24 seconds left on a drive where they converted two 4th downs. it was like EA said "nope it aint going down like this."

    gg joey.

I'll go ahead and sim the game. The servers were sketchy the other night too.

BF, great game. I feel like I could have won the game if I had some breaks go my way but you definatley got me to far in the hole after that 24-0 2nd quarter. Maybe we'll get a rematch next season if the scheduling gods see fit!

yeah, I was up 17-0 at the half and he battled all the way back to take the lead and then I had under a minute to drive down field to possibly win it with 2 timeouts...would have been one of the greats BUT "You have been disconnected from your opponent" - ridiculous lol
