2011 Oregon Ducks Preview The Oregon Ducks come into 2011 off of a heartbreaking loss to Auburn in the 2010 National Championship game. The Ducks return a large amount of that roster including a large core of one of the most explosive offenses in college football history. Offense: The offense brings back QB Darron Thomas and HB LaMichael James, one of the best backfield duos in college football. At WR the Ducks lose star Jeff Maehl, but will look to replace him with Lavasier Tuinei and the versatile Josh Huff. The Ducks also have two backups at HB who add depth and talent with Kenjon Barner and Lache Seastrunk. Defense: The Defense will be led by Juniors FS John Boyett and CB Cliff Harris. The LB core will have to replace Casey Matthew, but the backups are highly experienced and someone should be able to step up out from the pack.
