2011 Predictions Since there is little else to talk about these days, I thought I'd throw out the early lines from the Dru50 Casino & Resort's Sports Book for the Trifecta 2011 season: Ohio State (Bravejaf) - Odds to win BCS title 2-1. As usual, the game designers shower love on the vastly overrated Buckeyes. A+ offense, really? This isn't the same team that had the worst offense in the Big 10 last year? With the talent that his team has, brave better grab the hardware in year one. Odds that brave gets pissed by a wildly inaccurate Pryor in at least one user game 1-5. Texas (Twister) - Odds to win BCS title 4-1. This Texas team is really set to make a serious run in years 2 and 3, with a slew of really talented freshman on the squad. Twist is a good recruiter and with no user competition for the Texas talent, he's my pick to have the most dominant team over the long haul. Odds that Twist makes inappropriate comments about the well endowed animated female fans in the audience in game 1-10. FSU/Clemson (Pep/Shino) - Odds to win BCS title 15-1, mainly due to lack of knowledge by the sports book about these two new competitors. Both teams have talent, FSU should be good long term with no other user teams in Florida. Penn St (Hokie Effect) - Odds to win BCS title 10-1. Hokie is a great coach, but I think this PSU team is a year or two away from contending. Odds that Hokie makes a Lane Kiffin move after 4 weeks 1-20. Michigan (Recchem) - Odds to win BCS title 25-1. Sorry, but even with Recchem at the helm, I don't see the Wolverines having the horses to compete in year 1. If he can resurrect the program, it could be a powerhouse down the road though. Minnesota (Beazus) - Odds to win BCS title 50-1. Much like the teams in the MWC, the Gophers face a steep uphill battle, they aren't as talented as the big boys in conference and will probably struggle a little bit in recruiting. Odds that Beazus posts half naked pictures of co-eds for every game preview - 100% (or Perry and I boot his ass). San Diego St/Fresno St/UNLV/Nevada (Dru, BDS, Jman, Perry) - Odds to win BCS title - zero. This conference will be fun, but with Boise St joining TCU and Utah at the top of the conference plus 4 users in conference, each teams goal should be for a 7-8 win year and a bowl berth.
