Received an instant commit and almost cried. Man, trying to recruit with a one star team is a grind and I am loving it. Heck, a C+ in a certain topic is what an "A" use to be with the big boys.

    MEMPHIS TIGERS

Got my first recruit, so I thought I would start putting my recruits here:

    1. Edgar Daniel - 3* (380 OVR) - WR: B+ SPD, terrible hands
    2. Jon Barry - 3* (1139 OVR) - DE: despite being a freshman, he will probably start from day one.
    3. A.J. Daniels - 3* (1422 OVR) - ATH: JUCO (JR); He might be the new starting HB in Memphis.
    4. Ryan Harris - 2* (1571 OVR) - OT: JUCO (JR); OT is a huge need, and I needed a JUCO to come in right away.
    5. David Mueller - 2* (1594 OVR) - QB: JUCO (JR); B- SPD means he's running the show as soon as he gets here.
    6. Collin O'Brien - 2* (1659 OVR) - MLB: JUCO (JR); B- SPD, PRC and B PUR
    7. Paul Davis - 2* (1670 OVR) - OT: Adds depth to a weak position
    8. Pat Walker - 2* (1685 OVR) - DE: Also adds depth to a weak position
    9. T.J. Harper - 2* (1876 OVR) - TE: JUCO (JR); Blocking TE that might convert to FB
    10. Gavin Franklin - 2* (1987 OVR) - TE: JUCO (JR); B- SPD/CAT means he's my best receiver next year.
    11. Malcom Page - 1* (2276 OVR) - TE: JUCO (JR); He's slow, and he can't catch, but I need some blockers.

It's gonna be weird recruiting with such low ratings. I think I only had 80 players interested in me, about 4-5 of those being 3 stars, the rest lower. Gonna have to try a new recruiting system.

In the mean time, WMU signs :2stars:MLB Smart, with B+ acceleration and C block shedding.

SJSU signs its first recruit of the young season, a :1stars:FS out of Manhattan Beach, CA...Jeremy Rogers. He is rated the 112th best FS in the class. He possess average speed (C) with above average acceleration (B-). His cover skills need work as they are all rated D-...seems he might be better suited as a WR with C- catch rating.

Idaho may be 4-2 and rocking the WAC, but no recruit has yet to commit to Moscow and the black and gold.

Kalamazoo, Mi is rocking with the signing of :4stars:#16 OLB Richardson. He has great acceleration and can be a great defender in the run game.

I have 13 guys that have me at #1 and right now only one has someone else pursuing them. I really need my 2* JUCO JR quarterback to come through. I just am not sure if I will be around to coach them.

The reason its taking so long to sign recruits is that our pitches suck, therefore we only get 200 points a call instead of 400. It just takes time to build up their bar.

Coach Boda finally reals in his first recruit at FIU. Even tho he is terrible, it still feels good to get a commit :).
