Memphis reverses course and shocks UCF

After struggling mightily in the 4th quarter this year, Memphis found themselves in familiar territory. They were tied going into 4th quarter, and after both teams struggled to move the ball, Memphis put together a 9 play drive that resulted in a game winning field goal with no time left. Memphis wins 13-10.

The way my board looks right now, I'm gonna wind up with about 7 or 8 3 star guys, including a 3 star Juco WR I'd be happy to have with Wisconsin in the E, needless to say ecstatic here with Tulane.

Tulane also has the benefit of recruiting in Louisiana/Southeast.

WMU wallops another MAC foe, this time Ball St. Carder goes for 311 yards and 4 scores, and the defense gets 2 touchdowns of their own. The Broncs are now bowl eligible with 6 wins. The next game against Toledo will determine who represents the West in the MAC title game.

    Western Michigan 59 - Ball St 17

    San Jose State - 24
    Louisiana Tech - 14

5-3, thats right, 5-3 with this crap team. One more win and I can go to a bowl game! Where that win will come from is another story. Idaho, BYU, Fresno State and Utah State are left on the schedule.

    Tulane 42
    ECU 49

My secondary is bad. ECU spread me out and passed all over me. Add in a pick six I gift wrapped for them and a failed 4th and goal from the 1 to end the first half and it all adds up to a loss. To add salt to the wound, my top weapon, HB Orleans Darkwa broke something and will miss the next two weeks. Four games to go and I gotta win 2. Not gonna be easy, I got Houston at home and 3 road games.

    Idaho 38

Princeton McCarty runs all over Hawaii rushing for 200 yards and scoring 4 touchdowns. Brian Reader threw for over 200 yards and one touchdown pass as the Vandals took down Hawaii. The defense played well enough to keep Hawaii's offense at bay. Hawaii was in this game because of two big touchdown passes in the first half. The second touchdown came when a Vandals player deflected the ball, and the Hawaii receiver caught the deflection took it for a touchdown.

    Up next San Jose State
recchem2000 you are going to have to find your sixth win another week.
