The ULM Warhawks closed out their season with a win tonight, 27-21 over FAU. This gets the Coach to 4 wins which was big for his job security...although he's thinking it may have been better to try for a new gig next year. The recruiting front is almost done for the year and the Warhawks have no post season play.

That was an accident. I blame it on being an east coast guy and being confused because it was after midnight my time, so I think I looked at the date wrong. I also was holding a newborn. I have more excuses if I need them.

And I may be a loser sitting home for the bowl games but check out that job security! Three of my four wins were big upsets, and the fans must've loved it. I have my coach prestige up to C, too.

Big game for you tonight, too. This could be the game that gives you that job security boost. Although since you're 7-4, and they are 8-3 I don't know how that works.

Also, with Army up to #3, whygodwhy1111 can get into the BCS Title game with a loss by Oklahoma to Oklahoma St. this week (with no Conference Championship game for them) or by Stanford to Utah in the Pac 12 Championship game.

The Vandals go into Reno and knock off the Wolfpack. Led by Brian Reader's passing and Princeton McCarty's rushing the ball the Wolfpack struggled to contain the mighty Vandal Offense. Reader made several big pass plays including a 73 yard TD bomb to Justin Veltung that gave the Vandals a 14-7 lead in the second quarter. Later in the game with the score tied 24-24, Reader threw a screen pass to third string running back Todd Handley who got two awesome blocks and ran 49 yards for the score to give the Vandals the lead with a little over 2 minutes to go in the game. But the Vandals defense could not hold the lead as the Wolfpack marched the ball down the field and scored the game tying TD with a little over a minute remaining in the game. Reader would lead the Vandals back down the field connecting on a 37 yard pass to Justin Hernandez that would set up the game winning field goal.

Utah st went into new mexico and controlled the game with their defense and running game. Very happy with 7-5 regular season. With a chance at that 8th win and more prestige for my coach, i cant complain.

    MTSU Gets "Special"

    MTSU: 45
    North Texas: 21

The game may have been meaningless for both sides, but the Blue Raiders were determined to have their season end on a high note. Ikner returned both a kickoff and a punt for a touchdown, and D.D. Kyles rushed for 172 yards on 20 carries for 2 more TDs en route to the rout of North Texas. I expected more out of North Texas on senior day, but this game was over early.

Just Darr27z to check in. If he plays in then it would be a 24 hour advance...so maybe what I accidentally put would've been right.

    Army Marches past Navy

Brown, Hassin, and McInerny All top 100 yards in an army Route. The Army reserves handle navy in the second half. Army goes undefeated in the regular season for the first time since 1946.

Looks like he hasn't done his game yet, and I'm heading in to work for the afternoon, so I can't do it. I thought it was now set up to be done from the web? Is that not the case yet?
