    2011 Season (3)

I'm lobbying hard for this one.

Can we PLEASE move to default Heisman settings for next season???

I'm pushing for this because of a very sound reasoning. This seasons settings really took a lot of enjoyment out of the game for me. It became very arcade style and that isn't the type of game any of us are looking for.

Playing on All American and modifying the sliders simply doesn't work. Why? Changing the sliders will only result in the user developing a new way to exploit the CPU AI. No one lost games to the CPU so the intended result wasn't obtained.

Also, I really like heisman because then in user vs user games, the CPU controlled defensive players actually have a clue as to what is going on instead of the user controlled defensive guy making majority of the plays.

I think the modified slilders have taken away from the sim style of this game. What do you think?

That's fine. But why do you think default Heisman will be any better?

I'm not a fan of Heisman at all. I greatly prefer AA with modified sliders and it's certainly possible to lose games on AA. I think in ODs, there comes some sort of middle ground which makes it too easy for the majority of the players or something. I'm absolutely, positively not some uber player of NCAA, but in here, I've never lost to the CPU and in the OFFL-E league, on seriously modified varsity sliders, I've never lost with Michigan to the CPU while the Alabamas, and Oklahomas and FSUs of that league were.

In my offline dynasty I use AA sliders which work great for me, but since it's offline, I can tune them for my style. Below is my record in my offline dynasty which just proves that it's certainly possible to lose on AA and also that it's very, very (probably too) possible for the CPU to run the ball on AA.

    I use Michigan.

The main thing that I don't like about Heisman is entirely too many of the games feel like they're scripted and it doesn't really matter what I do, the CPU decided what was going to happen before the coin was even tossed.

I gotta side with All-American sliders too (as long as this is up for discussion). The difference in realism between AA and Heisman is well documented. I think we can certainly make some additional adjustments to the set we have to make them more challenging when playing the CPU, but I for one would prefer avoiding Heisman.

    Damn! I lose again....haha. That's fair.

I really wish we could come up with some better sliders than.

Maybe we could attempt to use the settings that the guys in one of the premiere leagues are using?

I am willing to have tougher sliders.
Gators, remember that Florida has the most stacked squad in the game plus you ain't a rookie so you should roll through most CPU teams. I think there should be some CPU losses so I am for harded sliders too.

Heisman leagues have one thing that slider leagues do not. Running becomes extremely difficult, especially against users. Your play book will break down to only a couple running plays that work against users or really good computer teams. unless you have special hiesman sliders do not both using the fleXbox One.

The computers offense will be a bit better too.

For me its easier to pass in defaut Heisman than AA with low QB accuracy and improved CPU coverage.
