[IMG]ARNING!!!!!The Huskies have left the forest!!! Seattle may never be the same. The University of Washington have brought in the acclaimed staff from Illinois to revive the Husky's football program. Coach Threat comes to town with high expectations and no tolerance for excuses. But to get anything built you must have the proper tools. His most cherished tool comes in the form of a 5'11" 222lb Junior powerhouse named Chris Polk.

Chris will be called on early and often to shoulder a lot of the Husky offensive load. He is a very talented back and should have an excellent year in Coach Threat's system. But Mr. Polk can not do it alone. The Huskies will also rely on their senior WR duo of (6'2" 208lb) Jermaine Kearse & (6'0" 195lb) Devin Aguilar. This tandem are experienced as well as talented, and when the opposition wants to bring 8 in the box Washington will release two to the endzone.

Much will be expected from these gentleman and with players such as LT (6'4" 300lb) Team Captain Senio Kelemate anchoring the o-line & K (5'11" 197lb) Kevin Polk dropping 3's from afar the Huskies have what it takes to make a push in the conference. ...the question is how far??

Defensively, Coach Threat keeps most of his info close to the vest. But no one needs to be told who the leaders of the defense are: DT (6'3" 337lb) Team Captain Alameda Ta amu & CB (6'0" 177lb) Desmond Trufant are the stars & playmakers of Coach Threat's defense. With strong senior leadership and good young talent this defense looks to answer every question as they are tested in the tough Pac-12.

Washington will not be expected to do very much this season, but Coach Threat's (Who gives a *&%$) mentality overcome any doubt in the young men's eyes concerning their success. No one knows how far the Huskies can go, but as Coach Threat stated in his last press conference,"We will do everything in our power to accomplish "2" goals this season. (1) Bust every individual who proceeds to get on the same field with us upside his every loving head with a tenacity only befitting of a beast from the wilderness. and (2) Play with such a ferocious, vile, structured, controlled insanity... that after each game our opponets lean over to each other and ask with heads shaking......"Who let them damn dogs out!!!""
