    Lornhorns Pull Out Victory with Huge 3rd Quarter
    Texas 35
    Iowa 14

    After controlling the first half and recieving the opening kickoff for the second half, the wheels came off for the Hawkeyes. A key drop on 3rd and 10 started a slew of poor positions for the hawkeyes. The second half started with a 14-7 Iowa lead, but after Iowa's positions went punt, pick 6, punt, pick, the score was 14-35 Texas- which is how the game ended.

    Wisconsin made a statement in whopping up on an Arkansas team with high profile offense players. The newly nicknamed "Dam D" caused 4 turnovers, 3 picks and one fumble, and only gave up one TD drive. HB Ball overcame his fumbling issues while also breaking tackles and getting 158 yards with 2 scores. Heisman candidate Toon got 92 yards and 1 TD, but was rarely used after going up 21-0 in the first Q. Next week Madison welcomes the Aggies of A&M, a personal rival of Coach Mexi.

    #4 Wisconsin 45 - #11 Arkansas 6

    Looks like we have 2 user games left, but if they finish. I should be able to play my game around 9:30 or 10. Just requesting a 30 minute cushion or so on the deadline if the CU/OSU and Ta&m/UCLA games do happen to finish tonight

    ....:: #10 Oklahoma Sooners @ #1 USC Trojans ::.....
    "Baxter Leads Trojans Defense Of Their Home Field in WIN Over The Sooners"
    [IMG]
    "The Trojans, and more specifically Freshman QB Clay Williamson came into the game giving out GUARANTEES and talking trash. That lasted about 2 SECONDS into the game after the SOONER defense punched the Trojan offense and CLAY WILLIAMSON in the mouth forcing a 1,2,3 out. The SOONERS then drove down the field quickly and by sheer luck was held to a FG to go up 3-0. At this point, The Trojans and their Leader HEISMAN HOPEFUL Dillon Baxter knew if they didn't respond now, the SOONER momentum might be too much to handle. So on a simple stretch play, Baxter broke 2 tackles, while staying INBOUNDS to go 41 yards for a TD. Then After stoppoing the SOONER offense again, Baxter rushed for another TD this time from 27 yards out.
    The game went back and forth from here but in the 4th quarter after a nice stop, the SOONERS down 28-24 had the rock and started driving downfield for what could be the game winning touchdown. They got to the 5 yard line in the redzone, and elected to pass which was INTERCEPTED by ALL-AMERICAN Drew McCallister in the endzone. The Trojans added 7 more on a run by Marc Tyler (in for an injured baxter) to end the game 35-24 and keep the hopes of a Repeat Alive."

    In what was about to be the comeback of the week, UCLA responded to a furious Texas A&M rally in the 4th quarter with a 79 yard touchdown on a screen pass to Jonathon Franklin to cap off a wild 4th quarter. UCLA was up 21-0 and 28-7 in the game and had seized control, when A&M put a drive together and cut the lead in half at the end of the 3rd. Then a terrific effort from the defense, and a determined offensive attack suddenly had the momentum and the game tied with less than 30 seconds to go. A&M almost intercepted two straight Kevin Prince passes, before surrendering the very long heartbreak. If nothing else this game goes a long ways towards showing how improved the Aggies are this year after an underachieving 2010 campaign.
