2012 BCS Shakedown These are the current BCS standings: 1 - Florida State (12-0) 1.000 (CPU) 2 - Nebraska (12-0) 0.994 (shadowofanubis66) 3 - Notre Dame (11-1) 0.989 (Omnibird) 4 - Arkansas (11-1) 0.983 (bkhogfan51) 5 - Michigan (11-1) 0.983 (JCA3) Games yet to be played: #1 Florida State has a CCG with #10 Miami #2 Nebraska has a CCG with #7 Texas A&M (DirtyD12) #4 Arkansas has a CCG with #24 Tennessee So how does your team get in? Clearly FSU and Nebraska control their own destiny. Notre Dame - needs a loss by one of the leaders... and hope that they don't get leapfrogged by Arkansas. A Nebraska win and an FSU loss leaves them sitting pretty as their only loss would have been to the #1 team. Arkansas looks to be a in a better spot at #4 with a CCG left to be played, but the opponent is a weak 8-4 Tennessee team. They will need a loss by FSU or Nebraska, coupled with style points in the ccg in order to jump over ND. Michigan's only loss is to ND, in week 1. Michigan doesn't have any games remaining. They won't be able to leapfrog ND. The best they can hope for is a rematch with ND and the only way that happens is if Ark, FSU and Nebraska lose. Livin' on a prayer. Stay tuned, it will be exciting.
