Temple with a hard-earned victory over the #13 ranked Central Michigan Chippewas in the MAC Championship game at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. Earlier in the season Temple was defeated 31-19 by CMU and was looking to avenge this loss. Early on in the game CMU QB Ryan Radcliffe was absolutely on fire, completing pass after pass on the Temple D in the first quarter but only managing a 14-14 tie. The second quarter became bad news for CMU when Radcliffe was diagnosed with a bruised shoulder and out for 2 quarters. In the 3rd and 4th quarter Temple came storming back under the legs of workhorse RB Akheem Smith who rushed for 125 yds and 2 tds on 28 carries. Shahid Paulhill was absolutely dominant for the Owls on the defensive line registering 3 sacks. This team will be a force to be reckoned with in the coming years, under the guide of head coach "BigCudyCud."

I didn't realize Central Michigan was ranked so high... Its tough to get a MAC team up there. I'm in a dynasty with Toledo and I think I have them up to 4 stars and 15th in the nation right now. But the highest I've finished is 17 or 19 maybe. All with 1 loss though, I've got them undefeated right now so hopefully I can hold onto that.

Yeah it is - the only way I was able to do anything with Temple was getting them into the ACC in an offline dynasty...then the conference affiliation allowed me to compete for the BCS Title game.

Miami defeats Clemson 56-24 in the ACC championship game. The tigers had Miami very confused in the first half with the Canes not being able to stop the Tigers. The second half was a better showing for the Canes with a little help from turnovers on the Tigers part. The Canes offense had an explosive game with Alonzo Hightower passing for over 300 yards with 5 TD's on 20 of 26 passing. Heisman hopeful Lamar Miler added a 200 plus rushing game to give the Canes the Title. Now the biggest test for the Canes the National Championship. Winning back to back Titles would be a accomplishment that words can't describe.
