For the last 2 years Worthy has been the most dominant defensive player in the country, hands down. He is the biggest reason that MSU exceeded all expectations these last 2 seasons, the double teams he was afforded by every team he faced allowed Tyler Hoover to set the season record for sacks last year, and Corey Freeman to break that same record this year.

Jerel will most definitely be a top 5 pick in this year's NFL draft, and in this writer's opinion, if he isn't voted into the Hall of Fame, no defensive player ever should be.

Forgot to mention that it took only two years for Jerel Worthy to set the MSU record for sacks in a career. (34)
