    Offense

The offense this year will look to rely more on 2nd year starter Talib Wyatt. Jaamal Berry is stepping in to replace last year's starting HB Dan Herron. Berry is more than capable of filling those shoes, but the coaching staff is also high on backup Carlos Hyde, a 6'1 241 lb sophomore. The offense will still favor the running game behind a sturdy offensive line and a talented backfield, but look for Talib Wyatt to drop back and throw a little bit more this year.
    Defense

The defense this year will be led by MLB Storm Klein and DT John Simon. The interior line of the Buckeyes is definitely going to be a strength, with Simon (99 OVR) and Adam Bellamy (92 OVR) plugging up holes and hopefully allowing our DEs a little bit more space to operate. Klein will lead a solid linebacking corps that should be able to roam free behind. The team may struggle a bit against 4 and 5 wide sets this year, with only 3 established corners, and a 4th freshman who will struggle to keep up. The dime back will probably be filled by true sophomore FS Alex Hardy instead of Joe Brant, the freshman corner.
    Overall
The Buckeyes will be looking to continue their streak of Big Ten titles this season, and are equipped to do so. Weeks 3-6 will be a very telling group of games for the Bucks, with games at home against Cincinnati and Penn State in weeks 3 and 6, and trips to Florida State and Michigan State in weeks 4 and 5. I look for the Buckeyes to finish 11-1 this season, and the week 13 trip to Michigan will more than likely decide the Big Ten title again.

Ohio State secured a key commitment from the #1 CB in the nation Justin Russ. He will help to bolster a secondary that lacks depth, and should contribute immediately as a nickel or dime back with his A speed, B+ acceleration, and A man coverage.
