Detailed in this thread are the recruiting efforts of The Blue Chips.
During week one, Sam Houston state received a verbal commitment from 1-star OLB Eric Downing (6-3 220). The Abilene, Texas native was being pursued by the likes of SMU, Tulsa, Houston, Kansas and Utah State. Downing is a marginal prospect and figures to be a special teams player early in his career.
Obi Reid signed a contract with Utah State for next year. Reid is a 3 star TE from Utah. Full terms were not released.
Week 3 saw another recruit commit to bringing his talents to Huntsville. Navarro College transfer Lee Parker (6'1", 183) gave his verbal commit to coach Majesty this week. The would be junior is a speedster who could come in and contribute immediately, both on special teams and in nickel situations.
Kennesaw State secured its first recruit of the Class of 2013 as FB Maurice Larson committed to the Owls. Larson is a 5'11" 230 lb. fullback from Winston-Salem, NC and committed instantly upon being offered a scholarship from the coaching staff. With no fullbacks returning next year, Larson figures to be in the discussion for a starting position as a true freshman.
Mike Hunt continues dropping the Benjamins on the recruiting trail as he cops two more players. FS Tyler Washington and DT Eric Childs , both from Utah, have signed contracts for the 2013 season.
This gives Utah State 33 players from Utah without a pipeline. Next year, I'm not recruiting anyone that's not from a pipeline state. It's breaking my budget having to over spend for these guys!
soxandgators let's see what you got!
Some how i missed a kicker in my original numbers... I don't have 21 available i have 20
Honesty is a beautiful thing
I have two 1* commits whenever the spreadsheet updates
Willoughby Hills offensive tackle Rocky Redd has committed to Kennesaw State. The coaching staff learned of the commitment during a phone call with the recruit last week and are excited to bring the 6'3" 322-pounder aboard. Redd is expected to compete for a backup position on the offensive line next season and could be the anchor to Kennesaw State's offensive line in the future.
Another recruit has disregarded our terrible start to sign a contract with the Aggies. At least our cheerleaders are producing!

The Providence Friars have announced the first three commitments in program history. All three will start in their first season at PC.
nice freaking safety you snatch
I think that might be the find of the year! I'll just carry on with my 57 and 62 OVR guys.
Hopefully, next season I'll get to do my preseason scouting and can uncover some hidden gems
Recruiting Update Pioneers recruiting total up to 3.
Recruiting Update Marietta adds 4 more commitments in week 8.
The Owls added two more commitments at the end of Week 7.
Blake Williams - 3 Star
Cornerback | Hard Hitter
Donovan Robinson - 3 Star
Free Safety | Hard Hitter
Both players are expected to compete for playing time in 2013. Blake Williams gives Kennesaw State a nickel and dime back, something the Owls secondary is sorely lacking this season. Robinson should provide depth at safety and groom into a starter during his career.
The Owls coaching staff had one heck of a week. Kennesaw State received FIVE hard commitments this week, four on the defensive side of the ball where the Owls have really struggled this season.
The recruits are:
CB Fred Robinson
SS Darrell Givens
OLB B.J. Wilson
TE John Johnson
DT Russell James
All are 3-star recruits and all appear to have a chance to contribute as true freshmen next season. Robinson and Givens become the third and fourth defensive backs to give solid commitments for 2013. Kennesaw State has just eight open scholarships remaining.
Utah State signed it's fifth player of the recruiting season. Another Utah born friend who is not a pipeliner.

Denver signed their first commit this week.
First recruit just now? I'm almost out of scholarships.
Yeah, I don't know why it's taking so long in here. I had ~5 commits by this point in Z2H. I've got a bunch of soft commits though so it should start to pile up soon.
