The two undefeated teams are still standing as Michigan & Oregon both easily kept there streak's alive last week. The Wolverines snapped there streak against the Spartans. They took control early and rode the momentum to a 31-10 victory, snapping a 4 game losing streak. In other news for the B1G, we saw Purdue lay an egg to Ohio State a week after they upset Wisconsin. Ohio State cruised to a 52-14 win. Illinois got back on track after a few losses to Wisconsin & Michigan. Nebraska had climbed to #10 but they've suffered 4 straight losses including the one last week to Illinois 42-17. The embarrassment of the conference for the 2nd straight week is Wisconsin, a terrible 31-13 loss to Purdue last week followed up by a 42-35 defeat on the road in Iowa.
On the west coast, Oregon keep's on duckin. Last week beat the Sun Devils 28-7. I'm pretty impressed with the defensive play from Oregon but will it hold up against USC in a few weeks? Speaking of the Trojans, they continue on without Matt Barkley who's college career is over. USC whipped up on the Buffaloes 43-24. About 350 miles north, Cal was on the road against rival Stanford. The Cardinal took an early 14-0 lead and Cal came flying back holding Stanford scoreless until the final seconds when kicker Jordan Williamson booted through a 19 yarder as time expired to give Stanford a 17-16 victory over the Bears.
Dow'ner in the south, guess who? Arkansas keeps waxin with a 45-10 victory over the Commodores. South Carolina's topsy turvy season has took another fall as the Gamecocks continue to struggle without QB Connor Shaw. Marcus Lattimore has his moments but nothing consistent and last week South Carolina suffered a 32-21 loss to the Gators. The Tigers of Missouri hold on and snag a close one over Ole Miss 24-21. In what would've been the biggest upset of the season, #1 LSU survived a huge scare from the Aggies. Texas A&M was oh-so-close to pulling off the victory but fell 30-28 against LSU and the Bayou Bengals hang on for another week, Missouri & Ryal will get there shot when they travel to Death Valley.
This week, Oregon will take possibly the biggest test so far this season. Utah has already pulled off a few upsets of their own this season & now they will have Oregon in their house. Can Utah keep up on the scoreboard? Will Utah be able to keep running the ball like they've been ? Can the Oregon defense keep playing lights out ? Which uniforms will Oregon wear? All these irrelevant questions will be answered under the lights in Salt Lake City....

Damn, tough crowd I guess as Denard throws and runs for 200 but can't crack the top performers  Haha, just busting balls. The 2 picks should keep him from cracking the list.

that's what kept him off, just like I lost and threw 2 picks but O'Brien had 400+ and 5 TD...left him off too. Plus I'm tired of typing his name :p jk

lol @ the last sentence... all these irrelevant questions will be answered.

Great stuff as always Trey. that White kid nearly ran for 300 yards for me. Think he jumped into the Heisman discussion after that game. Not sure who I am rooting for here. We can't have a CPU team win the division. But can I honestly root for Oregon??

The latest #NCAAFootball13 tuner update is now available on the Xbox 360 and PS3. The rate that you earn/lose coach trust points in Road to Glory has been adjusted in the tuner update. The tuner update also addresses the way LBs react to option plays in #NCAAFootball13.

Bridgford and company put on Arial Clinic in 34-16 win over Colorado
    [IMG]
WR Keenan Allen flips into the endzone after his 2nd touchdown of the game
Berkeley, CA- This week the Cal Golden Bears played host to Pac-12 counterpart Colorado. Cal came into the game 4-4 on the season after a tough loss to rival Stanford and Colorado came into the game at 5-2 and looking to become bowl eligible.
Cal won the toss and elected to receive and it didn't take long for the Cal offense to get in the endzone as Allan Bridgford found his go to guy Keenan Allen on a curl route and Allen did the rest taking it 69 yards for the touchdown. Colorado was not impressed as they came out and moved down the field with ease and scored on a 40 yard touchdown pass to Tyler McCulloch to tie the game at 7 less than a minute into the game. After that neither offense could find the endzone the rest of the quarter but Cal would tack on a field goal to take a 10-7 lead into the 2nd quarter.
In the 2nd quarter it was all Cal as they outscored Colorado 21-0 but it wasn't all smiles for Cal as starting running back Isi Sofele would have to be carted off the field but it would turn out to be not as bad as originally thought as Isi will only miss 1 week. After the loss of Sofele back up CJ Anderson capped off the drive with a 3 yard touchdown. The next Cal score was a 67 yard touchdown pass to Keenan Allen to take a 24-7 lead. Before the half Cal was able to get into the endzone again when Allan Bridgford found Maurice Harris for a 32 yard touchdown to take a 31-7 lead into the half.
After the half Colorado came out as a completely different team and scored 10 quick points and cut the lead down to 31-16. Cal was able to get a field goal near the end of the 3rd to take a 34-16 lead into the 4th. The 4th quarter saw Cal's offense chewing the clock and Colorado's going to the air with no success. Cal moves to 5-4 on the season and will host Washington next week to try and become bowl eligible.

WR: Keenan Allen 10 Rec 248 yards 2 TD

The way some guy's are throwing it, that should be more of a concern than Denard's running ability. 500 yard games are happening far too often.

Almost lost to Washington State. SMH. Glad I can somehow play defense.

Taylor 18 attempts for 35 yards will be getting a lot less carries for the rest of the season.

[8/1/2012 10:51:01 PM] Jesse Rockwell: Trey is about the only anomaly there.. his TD to INT ratio is off the charts

probably why I get sacked so much though, because I hold on to the damn ball if there isn't an open receiver.

[8/1/2012 6:26:35 PM] shanehartman16: I can't help that Trey is bringing us down (puke)

f u buddy, you watched that Iowa game & saw some of the shit I went through haha

I wanted to pick Utah but this game is so unpredictable with what version of a team the CPU will show up with, I figured you would win by 30+ somehow

I got a question for PA & Sonn though,

is the running back just pure bs or is it broken tackles/delayed hand off crap because the dude only has like 800 yards for the season and 270 were against PA and now 240 were against Sonn lol

Both. But 1 of his runs against me was huge. 70+ yards or maybe it was 90? 3rd and inches, I was in goal line and he found a hole in my line and was gone. I didnt even look at his ratings tbh

His big run happened happened to me when I was in goal line. He broke a couple of tackles outside and was gone. I agree with Pa it was a combination of both draw plays and consistently breaking tackles every time he touched the ball.
