Well that was unexpected down in South Carolina. The Gamecocks finally shook the Razorback monkey off there back after suffering 3 years of embarrassing losses to Arkansas. This one probably stings down in Fayetteville just because Arkansas had began to climb back into possibly National Championship talks, did they get caught looking ahead ? We also had an unexpected "Sandusky job" pulled down in Tuscaloosa. Texas A&M had began to find there stride, Alabama has found there's also in the last few weeks though. Alabama has struggled all season, two weeks ago they were 4-4 with terrible losses and now back to back weeks they've upset #1 LSU and put a waxing on our boy Coach Evans 44-3. The Aggies will need to win the final 2 games to get into the post-season. Out west we watched Stanford fall to Oregon State. Who saw that coming? The Tree's are another team that I thought had turned things around and were headed for a strong finish to the season. The Cardinal are still in great position for the Pac12 Title game against Utah, who faces a ranked Arizona squad this week.
Elsewhere in the Pac12, the Trojans took the Sun Devils out back and spanked em 49-28. Cal held an early lead over #6 Oregon but didn' have the fire power to keep up & several 2nd half interceptions stretched the score out for the Duck's who still have a outside shot at the National Championship. In the B1G, Wisconsin was welcomed back home & let out there frustration on the Indiana Hoosiers 52-3, James White returned the opening kickoff & it was never close from there. Illinois continues to approach a 10 win season and they came closer with a 35-14 victory over Minnesota. That ole Michigan team just keeps on winning, no need to really mention them. We'll just let you guys know when they lose....if they do it will be up to there hated rival Ohio State who will get two shots at them.

Speaking of Ohio State, they'll take a trip into one of the oldest stadium's in Camp Randall Stadium. Ohio State has owned Wisconsin as of late, only falling to the Badgers once in the last 5 matchups. The Badgers struggle with quarterbacks who can run (ala Denard Robinson). Will coach Screw use Braxton Millers legs after he's constantly whined about Denard or will he beat the Badgers through the air ?
For Wisconsin, Danny O'Brien will need to continue to take care of the football and back's Montee Ball & James White will need to pick up some of the slack. Ball has had a very disappointing senior year and with this being Senior day, Ball would like to go out in a fashionable way.... will Georgia Tech finally lose? How about Kansas State or Utah ? We saw SMU fall last week, now how about someone else.

There's your game MVP, QB Braxton Miller as he torches the Badgers for 4 TDs as the Buckeyes roll to 7-0 in conference after a 31-0 shutout.
OSU won the coin toss and deferred to the 2nd half. Wisconsin marched down the field pretty well on their first drive, mixing the run with the pass very well. However, they would miss a 30ish yd FG short which had to have been due to lag. OSU would get the ball at their 20 yd line. After some short runs and passes, Braxton Miller sat in the pocket looking for the drag route to come open, but it never did. Instead he found Jake Stoneburner alone with only the safety within 10 yards of him. Stoneburner caught the pass and bolted 70 yards to the endzone. After the OSU kickoff, Wiscy would once again start moving down the field. After a good completion to AA WR Abbrederis, he would turn and fumble the ball away. OSU would take that turnover and turn it into another TD on the lone read option play of the game. Miller ran past the defense for a 57 yd TD.
OSU got the ball to start the 2nd and after a few runs and completions, a triple option was called. With the DE going after 85 OVR speedy FB Boren, it left just enough of a lane for Miller to sprint to the endzone for his 2nd rushing TD. OSU was up 21-0 with 7 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. Wiscy got the ball rolling fairly well again on their first drive of the 2nd quarter, but threw an INT to MLB Curtis Grant on 3rd down. OSU would march down the field and Miller round WR Philly Brown for a TD on a curl route which saw the Wiscy Corner fly by trying to make an INT. He failed though and Brown walked in for the TD.
28-0 OSU with 4 min left in the 2nd quarter. It seemed at this point, Wisconsin was fed up and ran the ball 10 straight times and it actually worked, getting to the 2 yd line...only to be stuffed by the OSU D.
That was about the game. It was clear Wisconsin didn't want to have anything to do with the rest of the game and OSU ran the ball so as not to add insult to injury. It was a good win for the Buckeyes whose lone game with their hated rival Michigan remains. OSU is riding a high though and we're back home for the season finale. Hopefully the offense and defense click again for a 2nd straight week. gg TEClemson53.

The Oregon front 7 has too many Southern Cal and Hawaiian boys that obviously don't know how to play in the snow.
