Who is going to be the first undefeated team to fall?

USC, Illinois, Michigan or Oregon? I'm going with Michigan this week ;)

From Columbus to Columbia we're already gearing up for Week 5! A few more of our user's fell off the undefeated list last week, we saw Denard Robinson and Michigan make the Wisconsin defense look silly as the Badgers were defeated 31-21 at home. Ohio State took a shocking loss to Texas A&M which continues Ohio State's history of struggling against the SEC. It's even worse for Buckeye fans as it was there old coach and Ohio State alumni Coach Evans coming home and laying the smack down with a 24-10 victory. JohnnyClutch fought a nailbiter from start to finish with the Fighting Irish, early in the game apparently Brad Nessler mentioned that Notre Dame was going to win, was something rigged ? Either way it wasn't meant for the Cardinal as they suffer there 2nd loss of the season. Will Stanford fall back to their old ways without Andrew Luck? Coach Carder and Bears also took a stumble opening up Pac 12 play. California fought from behind for most of the game and never could close the early deficit against the Wildcats who leave Los Angeles with a 37-27 victory over Cal.
Now for the good things that came from week 4, Michigan moves to 4-0 and continues to climb the ranks. Will anyone beat them? They have a tough road the next month, they travel to South Bend this week & then play 3 straight home games against undefeated Illinois, #9 Michigan State & #15 Nebraska. Oh yeah, don't forget that little rivalry they have with Ohio State. Arkansas continues to rebound after that week 1 loss to now the #1 team in the nation. The Razorbacks knocked off the #2 team in the nation with a Zach Hooker 39 yard field goal with 7 seconds remaining to beat the Crimson Tide 30-27. The Fighting Illini continue to impress as they move to 3-0 with a slim 24-22 win over Pittsburgh. It looks like Illinois likes close games. They're 3-0 with a 12 point combined margin of victory.
Now down in South Carolina, the Gamecocks will host the Missouri Tigers who are fresh off a bye. South Carolina narrowly defeated Ole Miss last week 13-10. The Gamecocks are still trying to find there identity and with Connor Shaw hurt it makes things twice as difficult. The team is led by running back Marcus Lattimore and WR Ace Sanders. If the big ugly's can block for Lattimore, South Carolina can easily control the clock and let there defense go to work. For Missouri, they've looked quite impressive except for the slip up in Wisconsin. James Franklin is a threat through the air & on the ground but most likely will face one of the best defensive line's he'll see all year. He'll need receivers, true freshman Dorian Green-Beckham and TJ Moe to help him out. The Gamecocks have only played Missouri twice in the 103 years of existence and are 0-2 against the Tigers. We are closing in on the middle of the season and conference battles heat up and start to take shape along with the contenders & pretenders for the National Championship. Spot the ball & let the stories unfold....

ehh, you've whipped everyone you've played & Zac is out of town so I didn't do anything for your game. GOTW was going to be Cal/USC if it was an actual user/user game.

Yeah, damn no huddle offense THE ENTIRE GAME, couldn't stop anything. My offense put up some crazy passing numbers though. Got it down to 7 in the 3rd quarter after being down 21 in the first half, but couldn't get that tying TD.

Michigan survives Notre Dame 38-31 in South Bend! Despite losing Denard late in the 3rd, Devin Gardner and Fitz Touissant step up and will the road squad to victory. I'll get a recap up tomorrow but damn, that is one tough team to play as that no huddle, spread attack is a bitch to deal with. It was great to finally watch Touissant completely wear down the Irish defense though.. This Michigan team is starting to look dangerous after getting through this brutal 3 game stretch unscathed.

OSU gets a challenge again, this time in the form of a Hawkeye. OSU wins 35-28 after trading scores for the entire game. OSU held the run game in check for the most part unlike last week, but still failed at tackling. Braxton Miller went out of the game 3 times, and after the first exit, Backup QB Guiton promptly threw an INT to a nearly invisible MLB squating behind the LOS (see highlight). Braxton would come back in and start leading another drive and would again get hurt. But this time, Guiton took a read option 53 yds for a TD with amazing blocking (probably because he can't catch) from WR Smith on the edge. With the score tied at 28, Braxton was once again in the game after his 3rd injury, and found Stoneburner for a 41 yd TD down the middle after breaking a tackle. That would be the winning catch from the AA TE who only caught 2 passes in the game.

OSU had 12 recruits visiting during this B1G matchup...and hopefully find many commiting.

yaya, i know. if the Oline don't block and WRs don't catch...nothing i can do. i swear tho, Brians DBs did not play like they were 80 OVR. any type of timing route, they were on my WRs like glue. and my oline didn't do jack at opening holes. scheme can only do so much...if your guys lose their battles, it doesn't matter.
