CPU Games due Friday, September 16, 10pm PST
USER Games due Saturday, September 17, 10pm PST

If we want to do the carousel by Friday, then obviously games would need to be done by then.

No problem. I am anxious to see if anyone plays a bowl game today to see how it goes. I will play my game tonight if EA allows.

A couple of other leagues are having success playing their bowl games.........and transferring them, as it were. There's hope for us.

UNLV beats #11 Utah in the Las Vegas Bowl. Big win for Coach Reese and the rebels. After the game Coach Reese was quoted saying "Im not listening to offers this offseason, i think my team is right on the verge of being very good!!"

Well it looks like people are playing without a problem...other than getting screwed by the CPU. I ended the game without my starting QB, HB, rushing FB, and SS. I also was called for about 5 or 6 holding penalties, while Syracuse had none. One of my holding penalties called back a TD. All of that combined with some crazy Syracuse catches resulted in a Beef O'Brady Bowl loss for Memphis to end the season 8-6. Overall, it was a solid season, and Memphis will only lose two key players and brings back a loaded senior class next season.

5 bowl games have been played now without a problem. Sorry Cheez but it looks like you may be back at MTSU next season.

    Army falls

    Army 37
    Arkansas 40

Wingo Jr goes for for 280+ and 3 TD on 24 carries, as Army gets out muscled by Arkansas. Army moved into position to kick the game tying FG but was tackled one yard short of the first down and time expired before the ball could be spiked.

Middle Tennessee Holds On For The Upset

    MTSU: 21
    #18 Western Michigan: 16

This game was a rematch of a game that happened earlier in the year, with WMU leaving Murfreesboro with a 28-14 win. This time around, the offense would not click at all for the Broncos, allowing MTSU to take advantage of good field position on three different occasions that led to touchdowns in the second quarter. With the score 21-0 late in the second, MTSU was playing for the half, but Western Michigan was bound and determined to get on the board before the buzzer sounded. Coach Mexi's offense hit a couple of nice passes, and where able to cross the plane of the goalline with 2 seconds remaining, making the score 21-7 at half. The Blue Raiders may have had the lead, but the 18th ranked Broncos had the momentum. However, each time Western Michigan would get the offense going, they would stall in Blue Raider Territory and settle for a field goal. The Broncos would have one more shot with under 2 minutes to go in the fourth, but a pick by the safety would seal the game and give Coach Cheez his first bowl win as coach of the Blue Raiders

MexiRican35 good game as always man. Always look forward to playing ya, and can't wait to do it again.

    Tulane 36
    Arky State 28

WR Mark Ervin dominated the Wolves secondary as he caught 7 balls for an amazing 294 yards and 1 touchdown. This included a 78 yard reception on 3rd and 27 with only about 3 minutes left and his team only ahead by 5. This was an epic back and forth battle and its a shame anyone had to lose. Good game Darr27z I needed to redeem myself after our week 3 game.
