Just to expand on that game, we d/c at 14-0 Arky State and replayed the half...I lost so Darr took on the mighty Spartan CPU team. I had the pleasure of listening to the play by play by Darr as the Spartans nearly beat ASU. It took a TD in the final seconds to overcome SJSU, as coach Rec Chem gave them a rousing half time speech before leaving the building.

It must have been epic. A win one for the Recchem. God I wish you would have stayed in so I could try to press cover your TE more.

    Memphis - 34
    UAB - 24

Another week, another key player knocked out for the game. Has anyone else experienced a large number of injuries to their QB's and HB's or is it just the cost of running the option? Despite losing their starting QB (again), Memphis is able to get the win. It was tied going into the 4th due to a couple of deep balls from UAB, but Memphis outscored them 10-0 in the 4th to get the win. It was a balanced effort with 4 players rushing for 49 yards or more, but the key player again was Rhodes with 134 yards on 22 carries. Memphis has now won 3 in a row and 5 out of 6 to nearly become bowl eligible and are in the hunt for the C-USA Championship Game.

    Next up: ECU

The Huskies had a highly rated defense, but Carder could care less. He torched the secondary for 320 yards and 4 TDs as the Broncs continue to dominate the MAC.

    Idaho 28
    Hawaii 52

Idaho continued its losing ways on the road as it could not handle the Warriors. Idaho got two big defensive touchdowns, but for the majority of the game struggled to move the ball. Idaho's two other score were big pass plays, both Justin Hernandez and Justin Veltung scored on 63 yard TD passes. Idaho had a chance to pull within 7 early in the fourth quarter, but were denied at the goal line on fourth down, and from there Hawaii just added to their lead. The big problem for the Vandals, starting QB Robert Blackman got hurt early in the first quarter, and the backup Adrian Lewis played hard, but couldn't lead the Vandals to the victory.
