    Crist O'Mighty

Dane Crist nearly dereailed Michigan's season with a 497 yard 3 TD effort. He had Notre Dame up by 17 points with just 9 mins to play. But Michigan's resilency added by 6 Notre Dame turnovers kept the door open for Devin Gardner to lead Michigan to victory. Denard Robinson went down in the 2nd quarter and will likely be out 3 weeks. Gardner came in and filled in admirably. With the running lanes slammed shut on the day, Gardner threw for 281 and 3 TDs and 1 INT. However, the MVP of the game was Cullen Christen with his 3 tackles and 2 INTs. This was Michigan's toughest game yet, and now they head straight into the Big Ten season.

    Next Week vs Wisconsin

Bearcats attack the Blue Turf and squeek out of Boise with a W as time expires
Cincinnati, Oh - The Bearcats went into the Blue Turf and had a battle. Trading blows with the Boise St. Blue Monsters. The Bearcats had injuries walking into Boise, A key injury being QB Munchie Legaux. The real story here was the fact that Brendon Kay, Senior QB who won player of the game as he connected as time expired from 12 yards out by C. Cheatham. He went 17-48 for 472 yards and 5 touchdowns and 1 pick. The Bearcats were pass heavy due to an injury at halfback and refused to run once their starter went down after a few carries. The unbalance was the reason that the Bearcats struggled so severely against #8 Boise State. They won, and the Bearcat faithful are celebrating in Cincinnati. The Bearcats progress into 4-1 territory as The Broncos fall to 2-1. Cincinnati will play Pittsburgh at Nippert Stadium in a Rivalry that will be brutal as ever.

Miami defeats rival Florida state 33-20. The game look like it's was gonna go down to the wire in the first half. Some turnovers really hurt the Seminoles. Going into Half the game was tied, but the Seminoles would not score again. Another solid game from Lamar Miller with 28 rushes for 138 yards and 2 TD's.

As promised befor after last weeks embarrassment, I really worked on getting my dynamic Senior Receiver Austin involved more in the game-plan. He was able to break a couple wr options wide and long as well really abuse the lb's and safeties in the middle of the field. I'm quite confident he will be able to shred any nickle back in the league who tries to cover him one on one in the slot. The real question moving forward is can I take advantage of it enough to free up some of the boys on the outside. This game was ugly going into the 4th quarter and got even uglier as I forced 4 fourth quarter turnovers and broke a couple long runs while trying to simply eat the clock.

Coming off an emotional win against Florida State last week on a last second field goal, the Bucks had another test against another top 25 team, Michigan State. The defense settled in after giving up a touchdown on the opening drive, and would hold the Spartans scoreless for the rest of the game. The Buckeyes would run the ball 43 times, as Wyatt was struggling to complete passes (7-15 161 yards 1 TD). Jamal Berry and Carlos Hyde would again carry the offense, running for 175 yards and 2 TDs between them. Next week the Bucks host Penn State in another key Big Ten game, and they will also be hosting a large number of recruits.
