Thanks to HAL9100 for creating the draft class. In order to randomize it, we used OOTP 13 (best baseball simulation ever created) to create the class.

We will go position by position giving details on the players -

    CATCHER

    1. Ernesto Gonzales

    Height - 6'0
    Weight - 210 lbs
    Age - 24
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Gonzales is an elite contact hitter from both sides of the plate (99 left, 95 right). Could challenge for the batting title for most of his TCBL career.
Power - Slightly above average power (65 left, 62 right)
Bunting - Can definitely lay down a sacrifice bunt if needed. (75)
Plate Vision - Above average vision (63)
Speed - Probably the slowest prospect in the draft. A major liability on the base paths. (8 speed and 27 baserunning)
Arm - Above Average arm strength that is good enough to keep base stealers in check (73). However, he is just average when it comes to accuracy. (55)
Fielding - Great defensive catcher. (88) He is the best catching prospect in this draft at fielding his position and blocking the plate (81).
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (81).

    2. Scott Wells

    Height - 5'9
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Wells is a good contact hitter who excels against lefties. .290 hitter in the making (83 left, 77 right)
Power - Catcher prospect with the most power in this draft. Not an elite power hitter but could hit 30+ per season (or 5 to 6 in TCBL #'s) (76 left, 72 right)
Bunting - Cannot bunt at all. Will struggle with the sacrifice. (20)
Plate Vision - Average plate vision. Will need a user that is good on the sticks. (57)
Speed - Surprisingly fast for a catcher. He is a legitimate threat on the base paths. (75 speed and 98 baserunning)
Arm - Average arm. (54). Below average arm accuracy. Unfortunately, base stealers will not at all be intimidated by Wells. Expect many balls to end up in center field. (47)
Fielding - Below average fielding catcher with very poor reaction. (47) He really struggles at blocking the plate. (43). Pass balls, wild pitches and being run over at the plate are in store for whatever team drafts him.
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (71).

    3. Teodosio Schweizer

    Height - 5'9
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Wells is a good contact hitter who hits righties as well as lefties. Like Wells, he is a .290 hitter in the making (82 left, 81 right)
Power - Above average power. More power potential than Gonzales but not to the level as Wells. (70 left, 67 right).
Bunting - Will struggle with the sacrifice bunt (38) and the worst drag bunter in the league. (2)
Plate Vision - Below average plate vision. (47) However, he doesn't swing at bad pitches. He is extremely disciplined at the plate. Probably the most discipline in this draft (96)
Speed - Typical catcher speed. Not going to scare anyone on the bases. (35 speed and 59 baserunning)
Arm - Above Average arm. (76). Above average arm accuracy (68). Not elite but will be able to slow down the opposing team's running game.
Fielding - Average fielding catcher with very poor reaction. (62 and 45). Decent plate blocker (75)
Durability - Great durability. Most durable catcher in the draft (86)

    FIRST BASEMEN

    1. George Smith

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - L
    Throws - L

Contact - Smith is a decent contact hitter from both sides of the plate. A .270 hitter in the making. (65 left, 67 right).
Power - A top power hitting prospect. He has the potential to put up 40+ homers per. (87 left, 93 right)
Bunting - Can definitely lay down a sacrifice bunt if needed. (80) However, not sure why anyone would be bunting with Smith.
Plate Vision - Above average vision (75).
Speed - SLOOOWWWW. A major liability on the base paths. Has absolutely no feel for the art of baserunning (20 speed and 7 baserunning).
Arm - Lacks arm strength (39) and arm accuracy (30). 3-6-3 DP attempt will end up in short left field.
Fielding - Poor fielder (36) with poor reaction timing (35). If you are a national league team, you may have to think twice about drafting Smith. He is a DH in the making.
Durability - Great durability. Potential for injury is low (88).

    2. Julio Orosco

    Height - 6'2
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Age - 25
    Bats - L
    Throws - R

Contact - Wells is a good contact hitter who excels against righties. (70 left, 78 right)
Power - Most ML GM's want power at the corners. If you agree with most GM's, Orosco is not the guy for you. He needs to get on the Rafael Palmeiro workout plan (41 left, 50 right)
    Bunting - Average bunter. (54)
Plate Vision - Above average plate vision (72) and discipline (77).
Speed - Decent speed for a corner infielder. (60) Very good baserunner that could actually steal a few bases if needed. (80)
Arm - Below average arm strength (42) but the ball will go where he wants it to. (68)
Fielding - Just an average fielder. No gold gloves in his future. However, unlike Smith, he is seviceable if you are a National league team in need of a 1st baseman.
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (75).

    SECOND BASEMEN

    1. Rafael Jimenez

    Height - 6'0
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Jimenez is an ELITE contact hitter from both sides of the plate. A .330 hitter in the making. (95 left, 92 right).
Power - Minimal power. (47 left, 41 right)
Bunting - Excellent bunter. With his contact ability and sacrifice bunting ability (93), he projects to be a solid #2 hitter. Average drag bunter (50)
Plate Vision - Amazing plate vision (97). He sees everything and is extremely disciplined (94).
Speed - Decent speed (68) along with above average bass running instincts (71).
Arm - Jimenez lacks arm strength (42) but is fairly accurate (57). His arm strength will limit him to the right side of the infield.
Fielding - Average fielder (54) with decent reaction timing (69). His hitting ability should clearly make up for his mediocrity in the field.
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (83).

    2. Neal Moran

    Height - 5'10
    Weight - 165 lbs
    Age - 23
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Moran is a just an average contact hitter. (63 left, 59 right)
Power - Above average power for a 2nd baseman. (64 left, 60 right)
Bunting - Above average bunter. (67)
Plate Vision - Average plate vision (55) and discipline (53).
Speed - Good speed that should allow him to swipe a few bases. Along with his good speed, he will immediately have the best baserunning skills in TCBL (99).
Arm - Horrible arm strength (28) but tremendous accuracy (92). However, will his arm strength be a major liability?
Fielding - This is why Moran is the 2nd best 2nd Baseman prospect in the draft. He has elite reaction skills (95) and is a very good fielder (82). He is by far the best 2nd base fielding prospect in the draft.
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (73).

    3. Jason Moss

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 155 lbs
    Age - 20
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Moss is an average contact hitter, nothing more, nothing less (57 left, 53 right)
Power - Very good power for a 2nd baseman. This guy could put up 30+. (76 left, 75 right)
Bunting - Very good bunter. (83) However, with the kind of power that Moss has, why would you be bunting?
Plate Vision - Below average plate vision (47) and average discipline (51). He will swing at bad pitches.
Speed - Very good speed (82) with top end baserunning skills. His baserunning skills aren't on Moran's level, but he has more speed than Moran.
Arm - Below average arm strength (40) but the ball will go where he wants it to. (63)
Fielding - Unfortunately, he is a below average fielder (41) with decent reaction skills. Will be one of the league leaders in errors.
    Durability - Decent durability. (70)

    4. Tom Gordon

    Height - 6'0
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - S
    Throws - R

Contact - Gordon is an average contact hitter. Nothing special. (54 left, 50 right) However, the fact that he is a switch hitter makes these numbers a little less disappointing.
    Power - Slightly above-average power. (61 left, 59 right)
    Bunting - Above-average bunter. (65) Can't drag bunt at all (24)
Plate Vision - Above average plate vision (77) and discipline (72). Should somewhat counter his poor contact ability.
Speed - Decent speed for a 2nd baseman. (64) Top end baserunning skills that could mask his decent speed (93)
Arm - Horrible arm strength (28) but with slightly above-average accuracy (64).
Fielding - He is a below average fielder (45) with decent reaction skills (67). Will be one competing with Moss to lead the league in errors.
Durability - Great durability. Potential for injury is low (86).

    THIRD BASEMEN

    1. Luis "Scarface" Montana

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 215 lbs
    Age - 22
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Montana is an ELITE contact hitter from both sides of the plate. A .330 hitter in the making. (94 left, 93 right).
Power - Top end power from both sides of the plate. He has exactly what you want for a corner infielder. (91 left, 88 right)
Bunting - Tremendous bunter. (96) But really, will anyone be bunting with Scarface?
Plate Vision - Great plate vision (85) and is extremely disciplined (91). This guy is a hitting machine.
Speed - Decent speed (64) along with Elite base running instincts (99)
Arm - Montana has the strongest fielding arm in the bigs already. This guy could hit 98 mph on the gun. (100) However, his accuracy is just slightly above average. (61).
Fielding - Just an average fielder (57) with good reaction timing (77). He will make his fair share of errors.
    Durability - Decent durability. (72).

    2. Paul Brenton

    Height - 5'9
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 22
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Very good contact hitter. (84 left, 80 right) He is a potential .300 hitter.
Power - Very good power. (83 left, 78 right). This guys isn't quite Scarface, but he isn't a bad consolation prize for the team that needs a 3B.
Bunting - Above average bunter. (70)
Plate Vision - Elite plate vision (92) and very good discipline (80).
Speed - Tortoise (24). Struggles with the difference between 2nd base and 3rd base. (16 BR ability)
Arm - Another really strong arm. Not quite Montana's but elite. (97). He has above average accuracy (67).
Fielding - He is a very good fielder (78) with above average reaction timing (60).
Durability - Great durability. Potential for injury is low (84).

    3. Julio Sandoval

    Height - 6'0
    Weight - 265 lbs
    Age - 20
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - "Fat Panda's" cousin is an excellent contact hitter (88 left, 84 right). A .310 hitter in the making.
Power - Clearly, the 265 is the opposite of muscle. WEAK! (27 left, 25 right)
Bunting - Below average bunter (40)
Plate Vision - Has trouble seeing the ball. (42) However, he has top end plate discipline (98). Not sure what to make of this.
Speed - Surprisingly, Sandoval can run. (79 speed) He has decent baserunning ability and could swipe a few bases. For someone his size, that is impressive.
Arm - Good arm strength (72) and arm accuracy (78)
Fielding - Unfortunately, he is a below average fielder (44) with decent reaction skills (67). He will make errors for sure.
    Durability - Decent durability. (79)

    4. Manuel Reyna

    Height - 5'8
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 25
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Reyna is a good contact hitter. He isn't like the other 3 3rd baseman prospects but he would be considered good in any other draft. (82 left, 78 right)
    Power - Slightly above-average power. (64 left, 60 right)
Bunting - Excellent bunter (91) Can't drag bunt at all (11)
Plate Vision - Above average plate vision (65) and discipline (62).
Speed - Could be thrown out at first by the left fielder. (18) Poor baserunning skills also (30).
Arm - Top end arm strength (96) but with good accuracy (74).
Fielding - He is a good fielder (75) with decent reaction skills (63).
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (79).

    SHORTSTOPS

    1. Tom Bowlin

    Height - 6'3
    Weight - 215 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Bowlin is a very good contact hitter from both sides of the plate. A .300 hitter in the making. (80 left, 76 right).
Power - Above average power for a SS. He has definite pop in his bat and could hit 20-30 hrs per. (75 left, 69 right)
    Bunting - Horrible bunter. (23)
Plate Vision - Below average plate vision (43) and average discipline (55). He will strikeout frequently.
Speed - Average speed (54) along with above average base running instincts (65)
Arm - He has a the best arm of the shortstops in the draft. His arm will allow him to play any position in the infield if need be. (89) He is also very accurate with it (82).
Fielding - He is the best fielding shortstop in the draft. He won't make a lot of errors though he is probably not going to win gold gloves. (72) His reaction time is very good (84) which will lead to very good range.
    Durability - Good durability. (77).

    2. Warren Howe

    Height - 6'2
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 20
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Very good contact hitter. (81 left, 77 right) He is a potential .300 hitter and is just slightly a better contact hitter than Bowlin.
Power - Decent power for a shortstop (70 left, 68 right). Very close to Bowlin in this area.
Bunting - Very good bunter. (82)
Plate Vision - Below average plate vision (43) and average discipline (55). Like Bowlin, he will strikeout frequently.
Speed - Top end speed and the fastest of all the infield prospects (90). He also has very good baserunning abilities which should help him be atop the league leaders in stolen bases year in and year out (79 BR ability)
Arm - Average to below average arm. (48) He has average accuracy (51). Would struggle at 3rd base but should be ok for short and 2nd.
Fielding - He has tremendous range and will get to most balls due to his reaction timing (95). However, when he gets to it, what he will do with it is anyone's guess. He is a below average fielder (37).
Durability - Iron man. Don't worry about injuries with Howe. (93)

    3. Tadataka Hasegawa

    Height - 6'0
    Weight - 200 lbs
    Age - 25
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Above average contact hitter (71 left, 70 right).
Power - He won't hit many homeruns if any. (39 left, 37 right)
Bunting - Below average bunter (31)
Plate Vision - Just average vision (54) However, he has slightly above average plate discipline (60).
Speed - Hasegawa has above average speed (66 speed) and very good baserunning ability (84) He is a smart baserunner that can steal an occasional base.
Arm - Good arm strength (72) and average arm accuracy (52).
Fielding - He is an average fielder (50) decent reaction skills (73). Nothing really special.
Durability - Very good durability. (85)

    4. Dave Williams

    Height - 6'2
    Weight - 165 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Williams is a good contact hitter. He is the 3rd best contact hitting SS in this draft. (75 left, 73 right)
Power - Below average power but not the weakest of the SS's. (46 left, 40 right)
    Bunting - Terrible bunter (28)
Plate Vision - Above average plate vision (64) and ELITE discipline (98). He puts the ball in play.
Speed - Very good speed (73) The problem, he has no idea when to use it. Very poor baserunning skills (12).
Arm - Very good arm strength (76) and with good accuracy (69).
Fielding - He is a slightly above average fielder (55) with excellent reaction skills (83).
Durability - Good durability. Potential for injury is low (76).

    5. Robert Fletcher

    Height - 5'11
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Age - 20
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - He is an average contact hitter, the worst of the SS's in this draft. (53 left, 51 right)
    Power - Slightly above-average power. (64 left, 61 right)
    Bunting - Elite bunter (98).
Plate Vision - Average plate vision (52) and discipline (49).
Speed - This is where Fletcher can compete with the other SS's in the draft. He has very good speed (81) and has ELITE baserunning ability (97). He will be a major threat on the base paths throughout his career.
Arm - Good arm strength (68) but with excellent accuracy (91).
Fielding - He has tremendous range and will get to most balls due to his reaction timing (98) He would already have the most range in MLB. When he gets to it, he is a slightly above average fielder. (55)
Durability - Above average durability. Potential for injury is low (70).

    LEFT FIELDERS

    1. Bryan Tate

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 205 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - L
    Throws - L

Contact - Tate is a very good contact hitter from both sides of the plate. A .300 hitter in the making. (77 left, 83 right).
Power - Slightly above average power but the least among the left fielders (62 left, 66 right)
    Bunting - Excellent bunter. (85)
Plate Vision - Average plate vision (52) and above average discipline (63). Nothing special in this area.
Speed - Good speed (81) along with above average base running instincts (75). He is very aggressive and will steal bases as a moderate pace.
Arm - He has a the best arm of the left fielders in the draft (77). However, his accuracy is average. (53)
Fielding - Just an average fielder (50) with above average range (62). He won't make a lot of errors though he is probably not going to win gold gloves.
Durability - Will play the full 162 without issues. (95)

    2. Joe Washington

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 195 lbs
    Age - 20
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Average contact hitter (57 left, 54 right). He projects to be about a .250 hitter.
Power - Now, this is where Washington shines. His power makes him a top prospect. (95 left, 91 right) He should hit 40 hr's and drive in 90 -100.
    Bunting - Terrible bunter. (30)
Plate Vision - Below average plate vision (47) and average discipline (55). I look at him as a right handed Adam Dunn with a better average.
Speed - Now, most players with his type of power do not combine it with top end speed. Well, that is exactly what Washington has (88). He also has very good baserunning abilities which should help him be atop the league leaders in stolen bases year in and year out (79 BR ability)
Arm - Average to below average arm. (48) He has average accuracy (55).
Fielding - If you are drafting Washington for his power, you are going to have to sacrifice fielding. He is a below average fielder (39) with average range (57). If you need a DH, Washington is perfect for you.
Durability - Average durability. He is prone to injuries (66)

    3. Karl Everett

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 190 lbs
    Age - 24
    Bats - L
    Throws - L

Contact - Average contact hitter (53 left, 58 right). He projects to be about a .250 hitter.
Power - Slightly above average power (65 left, 69 right). He could hit 20 homeruns per.
    Bunting - Terrible bunter. (27)
Plate Vision - Good plate vision (74) and below average discipline (44). He is a free swinger.
Speed - Decent speed but nothing outstanding for an outfielder with limited power (63). He also has below average baserunning abilities (46 BR ability)
Arm - Good arm (76) with above average accuracy (66).
Fielding - Everett is the best fielding left fielder on the board (97). He just doesn't make errors. He also gets to many balls that other outfielders cannot due to his reaction ability (80). He could win gold gloves and play any position in the outfield.
    Durability - Excellent durability. (90)

    CENTER FIELDERS

    1. Juan Villodas

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 185 lbs
    Age - 25
    Bats - R
    Throws - R

Contact - Elite contact hitter. Undoubtedly the best contact hitter in the draft (98 left, 96 right). Many batting championships are in Villodas future.
Power - Below average power (44 left, 39 right)
    Bunting - Decent bunter. (68)
Plate Vision - Good plate vision (76) and elite discipline (97). Not only will he hit everything in the zone, he won't chase or be fooled often.
Speed - Good speed (82) along with very good base running instincts (85). He is very aggressive and will be among the league leaders in stolen bases.
Arm - Slightly above average arm (61) with average accuracy.
Fielding - Excellent fielder (81) with tremendous range (91). With his ability to get on base, run and field, he is a sure top 7 pick.
Durability - Very good durability (80).

    2. Gordon Franklin

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 155 lbs
    Age - 21
    Bats - S
    Throws - R

Contact - Good contact hitter (77 left, 76 right) that is made great by his ability to switch hit.
Power - Franklin has very good power from both sides of the plate. (83 left, 81 right) With his contact skills combined with his power, he should hit .300, 30 and 100 for the next 10 years.
Bunting - Above average bunter. (67) Again, who cares?
Plate Vision - Good plate vision (70) and very good plate discipline (74).
Speed - He is very good speed (80) but isn't a strong baserunner. Gets picked off consistently and makes bad decisions on the base paths (22)
Arm - Good arm strength (76) with above average accuracy (62).
Fielding - He is an average fielder (54) with very good range (79). Will make errors but will also get to many balls that other centerfielders cannot.
    Durability - Iron MAN. (95)

    3. Preston Copeland

    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 190 lbs
    Age - 24
    Bats - L
    Throws - L

Contact - Elite contact hitter (96 left, 98 right). He is right behind Villodas as the best contact hitter in the draft.
Power - Weak. Very little power at all. (35 left, 31 right)
    Bunting - Elite bunter (90)
Plate Vision - Good plate vision (64) and very good discipline (64).
Speed - World class track star (99). He will immediately be on of the fastest players in MLB. He also has very good baserunning abilities (78 BR ability). Should be an elite base stealier.
Arm - Good arm (82) with slightly above average accuracy (56).
Fielding - Copeland is an average fielder (56) with elite range (95).
    Durability - Decent durability. (70)

    Two more to come.....
