    Season Outlook: Offense

GA. Tech has a load of talent returning on offense & defense. Key players on offense being (RS) Junior QB Peter Bradley and Slot WR (JR) Xavier Fitzpatrick. At wide receiver the Jackets are the most potent with Hill and Moore both coming back for their Senior Year. With Wr's Hill/Moore and Fitz at the slot, Coach Johnson expects an even more prolethic offense and aerial passing attack this year. On top of that the Tech offensive line is very solid with LT Keith Jackson anchoring Bradley's blindside. QB Bradley has worked hard in the off-season with Mark Sowell nipping at his heels all spring. Both have great feet and decent accuracy, But Bradley with man the huddle and be expected to lead the team where they finished off winning last years Orange Bowl.

    Defense:

Unlike the offense, Tech's 3-4 scheme has quite a few new faces on defense. At Outside linebacker, highly recruited Roderick Scott beat out Benny Johnson who had 20 sacks in 2012 surprising everyone at the end of spring. Scott, who's known for talkin alot off the field gave the AJC reporters a big "I told you so" when walking off after the spring game in which he recorded 10 tackles, 2 sacks, and a forced fumble in about only 25 defensive snaps. At the other OLB, Jerry Estes will be replacing the dependable and NFL draft departed Malcom Monroe. Estes has excellent speed and size coming off the edge, and him and Scott should be a tough duo for offensive tackles. At Nose Tackle Big JC Lanier should do an excellent job stuffing the A-Gaps. At Corner back, trusty/reliable Jemea Thomas returns manning up the right side. At LCB, New starter Brad Peterson should fill in nicely after playing nickle all last season. At Wolf, Lance Richardson returns to roam the middle of the field. At Strong Safety, new Red-Shirt Freshman Antwan Stanford will have his learning to do, but did a superb job picking up the defense in the spring.

    Kicker/Punter:

Aaron Thompson returns for his Sophmore year. He will also handle the punting duties. Good strong young leg.

Nice stuff. Your 5* WR is gonna be a beast. Tough schedule, but you have a good team.
