RynoAid Please forgive my ignorance, I know it is vast. How do I take an in-game screenshot and what dimensions should it be before I post it here?

Heres an actual in-game one against another user team. If you cant fit the guy making the tackle in there just use the one above please. Otherwise I have a game against the computer here shortly Ill take more pics.
I am not an admin but this process took a bit of a break this year, most of our guys that did it have been too busy.
If I had any kind of artistic skill I would offer myself up to the cause as I have more free time than most , this was one of my favorite things about being premier No knock on those who have done it in the past , guys have IRL things that take precedence over making a sig.
If given the Template, I could probably do something with it if they needed some help. Or, Dan, just use MS Paint.
we did them for the first several months.. probably did over a 100 myself. The process does derail a bit mid game cycle at times.
I have photoshop 6 and managed to get the bottom silver bar and the logo for the dynasty all off of it cleanly but I was having trouble figuring our how many pixels for height and width etc., I managed to crop the "box size" so I knew how much of the ingame picture to crop but its a big mess. Ive never used photoshop until now so I really dont know all the features. Could I have the template emailed to me or something?
