    SJSU - 14
    Stanford - 52

0-4 now, looking forward to some winnable games, if there are any. We gave up a shit ton of yards, turned the ball over 4 times and really had no chance in this game with my top QB and WR out. Next week, SDSU comes to San Jose for a rivalry game!

Thanks to 4 interceptions, the Broncos were able to score 31 first half points. But interceptions of their own kept them from scoring any in the second half. Luckily, the Owls offense wasnt able to capitalize. MAC play continues against rival CMU, which looks to be a huge game for recruits.

    Rice loses to rival houston

The rice QB threw for over 500 yards in the lost. After the game Rice coach Y. GodWhy had a very bleak outlook on his future.

I know how much other schools value winning 100% of you rivalry games, this loss may mean I will be stuck at awful schools for eternity. The shotgun I keep in my desk is staring to look really tasty.

You say it why it's a bad thing. I can't imagine being anywhere other than Murfreesboro! I love it here!!!

And I never understood why someone would want to put a gun in their mouth and pull the trigger. But I'm sure it's something that a daily dose of Vitamin Church couldn't fix!

Folks, it is Marquess Wilson's world and we are just living in it. Wilson scored four touchdowns while Bobby Ratliff scored on a kickoff return to lead the Cougs to a victory over ASU. ASU played hard, and tried to dethrone the Cougs, but the Cougs defense stood up when it needed to. Before the end of the first half the Cougs blocked a field goal, and then with ASU driving inside the Cougs fifteen, Casey Locker made a one handed interception to secure the victory. Up next MTSU, Coach Worgum is looking to get his first win against Coach Cheez. If the Cougs win this game it might get ugly.

San Diego State win in compelling fashion 56 - 21 over visiting Bowling Green. The game, though, was anything but perfect for an Aztecs team that gave up four turnovers on three INTs and a fumble. Luckily Bowling Green wasn't to be outdone as they went on to turnover the ball six times on a fumble and five INTs.

Bowling Green did keep the game close through most of the first half, that is until San Diego State scored two TDs in the final minute and a half of the first half to take a 35 - 14 lead into the locker room. Both scores were long TD receptions by standout senior WR Osmond Nicholas. Bowling Green never recovered.

New coach Osiris Monster saw both good and bad from his team in his first game as their coach. "We need to protect the ball better. Four turnovers might work against Bowling Green but we will get eaten alive against Boise State or TCU if we play like that. Still our rushing attack put up 189 yards on the ground and over 6 yards per carry. Need to be better on third down though. That's another area of concern. On defense we need to protect against the long ball. All three of the scores against us were on deep plays of 40 yards or more. We need to keep things infront of us, force long drives, and let the offense make the mistakes. Six turnovers is a good start but not if we get burnt by the deep ball all game long."
