OK....... I think whatever you did to the sliders actually messed with the way the play! Now tonight I threw passes that are always open with Calvin Johnson and the CBs were glued to him and picked me off with no Problem! Maybe I got myself in trouble earlier by speaking about people forcing throws but I mean the throws are always there! Not sure what really happen with the sliders but Packers threw a lot of picks and so did I. Also seems like there has been more, but maybe Im crazy? We had a good game other than me losing Bush early in the 2nd qt. and throwing so many picks. Oh well, lets keep it rolling!

The change that was made would not increase the frequency of INT's. Quite the opposite.

This is exactly why we don't open the sliders for debate. There is a tendency to blame sliders because someone had a bad game. That is why we waited until we had a full quarter of the season in to make any adjustment at all, and it was really a minor one. I am not picking on you Heath, but your comment provided a perfect example to make this point.

As Doug said, the one change we made would not affect coverage by DBs or the passing of the QB. The INT slider simply affects the possibility of a defender making a catch for the INT.

The game has it's ebbs and flows; just because something has worked in previous games, doesn't guarantee it will work in future games. I believe that's a good thing.

No Offense taking. I don't think you would pick on me. Thats fine, after thinking about it. Maybe it was a game I was supposed to lose! Bush got hurt on and Stafford had no control. So going into Packer Den didn't help my cause!

    No worries!

Cant win them all! Rodgers getting injured didn't help the packers either! Just one of those games! Bush is fragile by the way!

I think it was just a hard hitting game in general. Besides Bush, I believe we knocked out WR Broyles as well. As far as the Ints go, they're basically zeroing themselves out in my games. I'm probably averaging 3 picks a game on both sides of the ball.

Broken jaw's must be the new go-to injury. My LE Derrick Morgan suffered one in week 1.

The more games I play, the more I realize that only two of my players really ever get injured. It's the same two every (other) game. Demario Davis and Geno Smith are often writhing in pain on the ground, and both of them are 90+ injury ratings.

Just a little odd it's those two guys, not someone with a lower injury rating.

toughness determines how often they are injured. injury determines how quickly they will recover from the injury.

You should do a tutorial. Because I honestly thought it was the other way around this whole time. Previous cycles included.

You're just an encyclopedia of Madden knowledge. That settles it then. Geno and Demario are massive pussies.

Geno Smith is 88. Not sure about DD. Still, not that low.... But if he's rolling out of the pocket or using him as a QB option, I can see the frequency increasing.

I can tell you this much, if you want to avoid getting injuries then do everything possible to make sure your game isn't simmed. I lost 4 guys to lengthy injuries in a sim lol. It couldn't be helped , sometimes schedules just don't match up.
