    2014 All Ivy Offense

    Quarter Back

    Cornell Jamaal Weeks Senior(RS)
    80 OVR 70 SPD 80 ACC 85 THP 93 THA
Jamaal Weeks beats out John Running Water for top QB in the Ivy League. QB is the deepest position in the league as most teams have targeted QB's as a big priority so Weeks isn't head and shoulders above the field. He does posses elite accuracy and above average throwing accuracy, size and speed.

    Half Back
Georgetown Dusty Morse 6'0 214 Senior
    90 OVR 92 SPD 82 AGI 94 ACC 88 BTK 87 CAR 89 TRK
Morse gets the Senior nod over Columbia RB Drew Johnson as they are pretty much even with Johnson being slightly more athletic(despite his skin handicap)but Morse has a significantly higher overall. Morse doesn't have one thing that's elite but he's good to great at just about everything and carried Georgetown's offense last season.
    Full Back

Cornell Kelechi Johnson 6'2 240 Freshman
    72 OVR 85 SPD 71 STR 79 AGI 83 ACC 68 CTH
Lets just say the Ivy League is not a fullback league. Princeton's Martin Billings was the runner up but the league definitely doesn't posses any standout Full Backs at this point.

    Wide Receiver

    Yale Bustier Grier 5'11 169 Senior(RS)
    78 OVR 92 SPD 81 AGI 96 ACC 82 JMP 76 CTH
Georgetown Manny Webster 6'4 204 Freshmen
    79 OVR 88 SPD 81 AGI 91 ACC 80 CTH 85 RTE 81 JMP
As a conference we don't quite have speed at the WR position unless they are dreadful at everything else. Webster is my favorite WR in the conference. He doesn't quite have the speed of Grier but he's got more size and better hands. Best of all he's only a true freshmen and should be a monster by the time he departs Georgetown. A couple of honorable mentions in Jeremy Cummings of Georgetown and Dontae Gutierrez of Princeton
    Tight End
Georgetown Hoyas Aaron Matthews 6'5 274 Sophomore
    81 OVR 78 SPD 83 AGI 82 CTH 77 STR 78 RBL
Matthews came to Georgetown after JQwon13 promised to make him the next Gerald Johnson and that looks like it could be in the works as he caught 53 balls last season and is a threat in the running game as well. Colubmbia Senior TE Clinton Davidson would make the 2nd team.
    Tackle
    Yale Zach Pressley 6'1 307 Senior(RS)
    82 OVR 84 STR 90 PBL 90 RBL 76 IBL
Delaware Bryan Leonard 6'7 332 Junior
    81 OVR 86 STR 92 ACC 84 PBL 84 RBL 84 IBL
Pressley moved over from the defensive side of the ball to anchor the Yale offensive line. For his relative inexperience he's a really good technical blocker in both phases of the offense. A little on the short side but hey I don't think EA cares about arm length. Leonard is the prototypical tackle and a monster. He's the kind of athlete you want at the position and while only above average at the mechanics at blocking he still can get it done.
    Guard
    Princeton Morgan Stanford 6'6 304 Senior(RS)
    85 OVR 85 STR 87 ACC 92 PBL 86 RBL 80 IBL
Columbia Jim Johnson 6'1 276 Senior
    83 OVR 89 STR 91 ACC 82 PBL 88 RBL 81 IBL 78 AGI
Stanford is Princeton's best player and the best guard in the conference. He's a versatile blocker who does everything really well. Johnson is the smallest guy on the line but is probably the best run blocker who's really strong and has the athleticism to take on linebackers in space.
    Center
Brown John Gatewood 6'3 284 Senior
    91 OVR 83 STR 87 ACC 91 PBL 94 RBL 77 IBL
Gatewood is the best offensive player in the conference and the only player on the Brown offensive line who isn't terrible. He's pretty athletic and though he isn't the strongest linemen he can get to the second level and is elite in the passing and running game.
    2014 All Ivy Defense
    Defensive End
Yale Tyrone Johnson 6'6 254 Freshmen
    78 OVR 82 SPD 80 STR 80 ACC 78 PMV 84 BSH 82 TAK 80 POW
Georgetown Jamar Wolfe 6'3 236 Sophomore
    81 OVR 76 SPD 81 STR 74 ACC 82 PMV 92 BSH 86 FMV 82 PRC
These guys follow in the footsteps of DirtycashDylan and JQwon13 's defensive end tradition with legends like Adam Carter and Jalen Fields playing in the NFL now you can see why these guys would want to play for those coaches. Johnson isn't the highest rated defensive end but he's definitely the best in my eyes with excellent all around skills and size. Wolfe is a notch below Johnson athletically but has better technique for the position.

    Defensive Tackle
Columbia Harrison Moss 6'1 309 Senior
    74 OVR 89 STR 77 ACC 77 PMV 79 BSH
Howard Omar Bryant 6'0 296 Senior
    74 OVR 87 STR 82 PMV 76 BSH 79 TAK 81 POW
Defensive tackle is the weakest position I've taken a look at so far as neither guy is really someone you'd be afraid to run against. Both guys are similar players excellent strength though Moss has a little more get up than Bryant. Both guys are seniors so it will be interesting to see if some freshmen can't take over these spots.
    Middle Linebacker
Georgetown Cody Schultz 6'0 221 Senior
    78 OVR 88 SPD 88 ACC 86 AGI 82 TAK 87 PRC
If I was really making this team I'd run a 3-4 as compared to DT MLB is a very good position. Schultz was out overalled by several MLB's. He makes up for the lack of skills by having more athleticism than most safeties. He'll make up for not being able to get off blocks like some MLB's by just running around them.
    Outside Linebacker

Dartmouth Eric Coker 6'2 230 Senior
    83 OVR 81 SPD 78 STR 87 ACC 81 AGI 87 TAK 83 POW 85 BSH 79 PUR
    Yale Kedrick Haas 5'11 210 Senior(RS)
    79 OVR 87 SPD 73 STR 90 ACC 87 AGI 88 PUR
Coker's the highest rated OLB in the conference while Haas falls behind several others in the LB rankings but makes up for it with all of that speed. I'd actually move Coker inside and Schultz inside if I had ultimate control but Coker would make a stout LB against the run while ideally you'd have Haas cover TE's and pull out Coker in nickel and dime situations.

    Corner Back

Delaware Terel Rush 5'11 181 Senior
    80 OVR 91 SPD 88 AGI 90 ACC 87 MCV/ZCV/PUR
    Columbia Brent Webster 6'0 182 Senior(RS)
    75 OVR 91 SPD 90 ACC 86 AGI 87 JMP 83 MCV 84 ZCV
    Free Safety
Bucknell Brandon Johnson 6'1 180 Senior
    83 OVR 96 SPD 98 ACC 86 AGI 83 TAK 80 PUR 80 PRS
    Strong Safety
Yale Kevin Mason 6'3 196 Freshman
    81 OVR 87 SPD 90 ACC 85 AGI 86 JMP 88 TAK 87 POW 83 BSH 80 PRS

Like DirtycashDylan I'll be rolling mine out in installments. I'll post the offensive and defensive line's on Thursday evening.

The concept of the All NikPin team is not necessarily the highest rated players but the players I would want to have if I was putting together a team and running a traditional offense. Generally I'll look for certain things at certain positions and if I could pluck them from each Ivy Team and form an "Ultimate" Ivy Team these are the guys I would want.

I think it's important to include why you picked who you did. If I remember correctly, they are the players you would personally choose to form your own team, right?
