The Highlights of the Week are back to fill that gaping holes in your lives.

    Week 1
Our number 3 play is from the Terrapin-Midshipmen game.

Maryland QB Troy Jones eludes a would be sack and rushes 15 yards for the touchdown.

Play number 2 for this season comes from the Ohio State- Northern Illinois.

Star HB Tony Richardson breaks a tackle at the line of scrimmage and makes a move that leaves the Huskies defenders in his dust on his way to a 60 yard touchdown run.
And.. the number 1 play this week:
Miami MLB Brandon Jackson just punishes a poor ASU player, forcing him to fumble and takes it in the loose ball for his second defensive touchdown of the game.
This week's picture of the week comes from the Hurricane domination of the Sun Devils and is from the number 1 play this week. Thanks to ZCar352 for the picture.

You can get them from DW. It's the same process no matter whose video it is.

Theres more to it then that. You need something that captures .flv files.

I use google chrome and dig into the "cache" folder

    C:/Documents and Settings/Owner(w/e your computer name is)/Local Settings/Application Data/Google/Chrome/User Data/Default/Cache

you don't know what video is what though, usually just the larger sized files, then I add .flv on the end of the file name and upload em to youtube.

kind've a pain in the ass but Chrome doesn't have a FLV add-on like Firefox

I have the Real Player Downloader extension for Chrome but for some reason it doesn't want to work so I have to use Firefox to get the highlights.

Well hopefully in our game there's more of that and less of the 75+ TD runs. :)

Here are the highlights for week 3.

The #3 play of the week comes courtesy of the Virginia Tech- LSU game.

Halfback Brandon Harris takes a nice little screen pass 37 yards for the touchdown in the Hokies big victory over the Tigers.
Play #2 is another screen pass this time of the WR variety.
WR Kenny Slaughter gives the Terrapins a 14-0 lead in what would end up being a hard fought 23-22 win.
And the #1 play this week comes from the Nittany Lion defense who capped off a dominating performance with this play:
LOLB Joel Jones makes the hit and SS Michael Hughes picks up the loss ball for a 89 yard touchdown which put away any hope of a Hurricane comeback.
The picture is Texas Tech RE Erik Barrett diving for a loose ball in the endzone.

Not the greatest week for big time plays especially I couldn't save any Sooner highlights. :(

At number 3 is a nice interception in the endzone by Penn State DB Michael Hughes who returns it to around the 37 yard line before being knocked out of bounds.

The number 2 play this week from another Michael.
Clemson CB Michael Thomas steps in front of a horrible pass from Wolverine QB Terrance Mitchell and returns 33 yards for the touchdown.
The number 1 play this week comes from the Miami- UCF game.
Cane Darren Fellows throws a nice deep ball to WR Curtis Massey who breaks a tackle to score the touchdown.
The picture of the week is Stephen Harris reaching down to intercept a pass from Corbin Berkstresser.

    The highlights for Week 4

Number 3 is from the Nebraska/ Southern Miss game:

Kansas City Royal Bubba Starling throws a strike to Reggie Kelley to kickstart the Cornhusker offense.

Sooner RB Kenard Jones brings us the number 2 play this week:
Jones shrugs off a tackle and takes it 51 yards for the touchdown.

Aaaaaaaand the number one play for week 4 is:

Nittany Lion QB calls his own number for the game winning touchdown against Northwestern.

The picture of week is Longhorn LOLB Steve Edmond diving into the endzone to put the exclamation point on his 42 yard interception return.

He'd have some real amateurism issues if he was a Chief instead of a Royal.

A lot of great highlights this week.

Normally a field goal wouldn't belong on the highlights of the week but we'll make an exception this time.

Terrapin kicker Aaron Taylor kicks the game winning 42 yard field goal as time expires and Maryland goes onto upset Michigan 23-20.

A kickoff is arguably the most exciting play in football and we have 3 of them for the number 2 highlight this week. Here they are in no particular order.

Hurricane WR Larry Miller takes it 105 for the touchdown. Miller also added a receiving touchdown later in the game.

Texas Tech WR Shawn Corker has a return of his own go 101 yards for the score.

Finally we have a touchdown from Clemson returner Joe Craig go 98 yards for a touchdown jump starting am impressive 28 point quarter for the Tigers.

The number one play this week is a great individual effort from Sooner DT Jordan Phillips.

Phillps picks up the loose ball and rumbles 60 yards for the touchdown. Phillips forced 3 fumbles all of which were returned for touchdowns by the defense.

Two pictures to share this week.

First is Red Raider Nick Brown making a nice play on the ball as he picks off Kansas QB Brock Bergland.

Second is Sooner DT Jordan Phillips 1st of 4.5 sacks on the day forcing Iowa State QB Sam Richardson to fumble.
