    Stanford - 17
    UCLA - 23

Sloppy game for the Bruins. I blame Cheez for making wait 4 days to play :p

Both teams didnt pass the 300 yard total offense mark. The sloppy part was the UCLA offense, turning the ball over 5 times (3 INTS and 2 Fumbles). Red Zone was terrible for the Bruins as well (7 trips, 2 TD's, 3 FG's, 2 TO's). Luckily the defense showed up, forcing 4 turnovers and shutting down the last Stanford drive to seal the victory. The Bruins improve to 5-3 on the season (still sitting at #24 for the 4th week in a row!)

The Badgers came out a little sloppy at first (I want to blame @Cheez also). An INT by Livingston and awful play on defense allowed Rutgers to score an opening TD. After that though, the Badger O-line took over. They constantly pancaked the Scarlet Knight defense and created huge holes for the backs to run through. HB Williams and Holman both averaged 6.5 ypc, and gave the QBs plenty of time to throw. Except on one play, though, as backup QB Herron was sacked and hurt on the play. He will be out for 3 weeks. A backup QB injury is usually not a pressing matter, but this hurts the Badgers passing game. Herron was brought in on passing situations, as he was the better passer. Also, Livingston likes to run around a lot, and risks injury. Third string Christian was brought in to get some PT, as if anything were to happen, he would be thrust into the game. These injuries dont bode well for the Badgers, as the huge game against Ohio St is 2 weeks away, and 2 main contributors on the offense will be out.

    Illini Fight, Upset #18 Wolverines
    Illini 28 - Michigan 18

While everyone else in Night Owls is coming out sloppy, Illinois came out with all cylinders firing. The Defense would force a fumble on the first play of the game, and Illinois would score on their first 3 drives to open up an early 21-0 lead on the visiting Wolverines. Michigan would make a game of it late, but Renaldo James capped off a career high 4 TDs with a 79 yard touchdown run that put michigan away for good.

Ohio State cruises to another easy victory and is now 7-0 on the season. The Ohio State defense was dominate yet again and now has 3 straight shutouts and a combined score of 142 to zero in those three games. Next week The Buckeyes go on the road to take on a tough Penn State team that is 6-1 on the year.

Game started tight all the way through the first quarter until Purdue went for it on 4th and inches at my 1 yard line with both teams scoreless and got stuffed. Pivotal moment that changed the game heavily in Iowa's favor. Great defensive game actually my teams best effort all year as we easily cruise past Purdue 24-6

    Kansas 7 @ #15TAMU 10

In a terrible game for Texas A&M's offense, the defense came through again and again. 10-7 from the middle of the second qtr on. It was late, I totally struggled, what else can I say? If I play like that vs OU I will get erased!

    OSU 42
    #22 UW 28

The Dynasty Wire headline says it all, Beavers Stun Seattle. Oregon State used the big play to defeat the Huskies. In the second quarter after OSU scored on a Sam Edwards TD run, OSU DE Craig Hurst picked up a loose ball and rumbled 73 yards for a touchdown. Then after the Huskies tied the game at 14-14, QB Tyler Johnson threw a pass to WR Myron Downs who raced 73 yards for another touchdown. Then the big play of the game occurred. As the Huskies were driving looking to tie the game, Jim Shuler intercepted a Husky pass and ran it back 96 yards for a touchdown giving the Beavers a 14 point lead. UW would score a TD in the fourth quarter, but on the kick off Michael Houston would return it 90 yards for a touchdown making the score 35-21. However, the Huskies would find a way to score pulling within seven again. But the OSU would find one more big play, this time Justin Davis would take a handoff off tackle and rush 40 yards for a touchdown giving the Beavers 14 point lead with three minutes remaining.
