Coach Dean makes his anticipated return to College Football. After 4 years with the Auburn Tigers, Coach Dean left the school for reasons unknown. He had great success at Auburn winning a SEC championship. He takes his coaching talent to Lincoln, Nebraska. After firing their coach 3 games into the season, the Cornhuskers reached out to Coach Dean and he gladly accepted. "I'm up to challenge of bringing this prestigious program back to where it should be," he said. Saying it and doing it is different. This will be his toughest test yet, with underclassmen playing key roles and most of his playmakers injured. The schedule is favorable for the Huskers to have a shot at the BIG XII North title. 2 big games remaining on the schedule are vs Missouri and @ Oklahoma. Hopefully by then the players should understand the new system and what's expected of them.
