    #9 Michigan 20
    Florida 17

Despite being ranked #9 in the nation, Michigan would head to the Gator Bowl to end up the 2016 vs an underperforming A+ Florida team. The game would start out sloppy for both teams, trading INTs and punts. whoMichigan would then regress further falling 17 -3 in the 3rd QTR. We finally got a drive going capped off by a nice TD run by HB Williamson who led the team with 146 YDS and 2 TDs. We would add a FG later to tie the game up in the 4th. We would get the ball back with less than 2 minutes and drive down the field setting up a 38 YD Game winning FG. Armstrong knocked the FG through with ease giving the Wolverines the Bowl Win. This caps off and under performing 11-2 season highlighted by a strong start and epic fail in the Big Ten. We look to rebound next year in search of a BCS Title. Rumor has it Coach Hova will be employing a new high flying offense as the Michigan offense is just stale and not working. The 3-4 also may return next season after a roster evaluation.

    Washington 65
    NC State 6

The Husky defense was all over NC State QB Josh Waller today, sacking him 5 times and forcing 3 interceptions. Washington returned both a interception and fumble for touchdowns. Offensively, Matt Swan ended his career with 4 td passes before next years starter Scott Greenwood relieved him throwing a pair of his own. Husky wideouts Culp and Lewis both caught 3 td's each and hopefully will return to Washington next year. Washington will end up ever so close to getting it's 6 star but will fall short because of a BS upload fail error reversing an easy win into a cpu loss.

It was a tight battle early with great play coming from both sides, Oregon capitalized on a 2 minute drill before the half scoring a TD giving them a 3 point lead at the half.. OK State answered to start the third to tie the game with a 31 yard FG.. After that it was all Oregon.. After being pinned in inside there own 10 with the score tied,HBMarques Motley took a first down screen pass 94 yards to the house and after that Oregon never looked back scoring 17 unanswered to win..
    Offensive game-ball:
    QB Isaiah Jones
Despite throwing 2 picks he was able to lead his Ducks to victory making big plays when they had to be made..He was able to feel the pressure and make big 3rd throws on the run, one for a TD early in the 1st..Oregon new head coach was really impressed with his newly acquired JR(rs) QB and he is hoping he will return for his senior year..

Defensive game-ball: Senior CB Tyler Poland
When the Duck's needed a big play on defense this guy came through.. 2 tackles 3 interceptions 1 sack and 1 force fumble..He went out with a bang on his last collegiate game, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing on Sunday's making big plays like that..

abolishthefed - We should be good to go in bowl game tomorrow night. Jman and I had the same problem in T3, the boot and re-invite trick worked.

Are we doing 2 stages per day for offseason or schedule a night to knock everything out?

Not a very flashy game at all for either team as Iowa gets the win in the Outback Bowl. Tennessee had a nice drive going on the opening series and had move into Iowa territory when MLB Andrew Timmons made an interception on Iowa's 35 yardline to halt it. Iowa then drove down the field and capped the drive with a 15 yard TD pass from QB Adam Reese to TE Jerod Williams to put the Hawkeyes up 7-0 late in the first quarter (2:49). From that point on is where it got sloppy for Reese once again who threw 3 interceptions by halftime, killing drives and putting Iowa in bad positions. Thankfully SR Iowa DT Johnathan Jackson showed up to play and provided a lot of pressure straight up the middle and recorded 4 sacks on the day (6 for the team), basically killing Volunteer drives by himself. Tennessee would put up a 39 yard FG in the second quarter (2:19) to cut the lead to 7-3 and that was the halftime score.

Iowa would add a short yardage TD in the third quarter (3:24) by FB Chris Bell and a 41 yard FG in the fourth quarter (5:21) by K Adam Dickerson to extend the lead to the final of 17-3. Thanks to the 6 sacks by the Iowa defense, the Hawkeyes were able to hold Tennessee to 59 yards of total offense. Tennessee was also 1/9 on third down while Iowa went 5/11, with neither QB really playing well. Volunteer QB S. Williams went 12/22 for 60 yards and the interception while Reese went 10/19 for 139 yards 1 TD and 3 interceptions. HB Kevin Singleton made his return for Iowa after missing 9 weeks or so and couldn't really get it going, carrying 24 times for 72 yards. HB L. Rivera was effective when he carried the ball for Tennessee but only had 7 carries for 41 yards.

    LSU - 34
    ND - 10

LSU got off to a fast start, breaking off a 62 yard run on it's first drive, then forcing a fumble and taking it to the house for a TD. ND tossed a ball up to their slot receiver against the blitz and the guy playing zone in the back was not quite able to get their in time as Blake made a toe tap on the back edge of the end zone. LSU was able to answer at the end of the first with a 51 yard pass to Seward. Groza award winner Anderson put two balls through the uprights in the second quarter, one from 57 yards. There was very little scoring in the second half. ND tacked on a field goal and LSU scored a TD.

This was the final game for starting seniors:
    QB Miller (1)
    HB Thomas (1)
    WR Seward (4)
    FB Jensen (3)
    TE Woods (4)
    LG Thomas (4)
    C Morris (4)
    RG Sapp (4)
    RT Young (4)

    LE Fulton (2)
    RE Meyer (1)
    CB Payne (1)

    KR/PR Jackson (1)

I will do a game summary for the BCS Championship game after I get home from work. I don't have access to Dynasty Wire at work. There were too many touchdowns and lead changes for me to remember the details. I am honestly not sure how I won this game or scored that many points, despite having like 200 yards offense.

I played abolishthefed several times in last two games, but don't think we ever put up this many total points. Usually our games are more like the first game this season, 17-13.

This was a back and forth game that could have went to either team. The Buckeyes started off very poorly as starting QB Edmonds was picked off on the first two drives. Thankfully for Edmonds and the Buckeyes, Georgia only managed a pair of field goals. This would continue to be a trend during this game. OSU answered back with 10 points at the end of the first quarter and led 10-6 to start the second quarter. This lead went to 12-6 after Blalock was sacked in the end zone. Georgia's defense held on the next drive and the Bulldogs' offense finally put one in the end zone. JR HB Jenkins scored the short TD. This gave Georgia the lead but this didn't hold till halftime. The Buckeyes tacked on a field goal to reclaim the lead. The score entering the locker room was 15-13 OSU.

The second half Georgia came out on fire. The offense scored a TD on a short WR screen, Blalock to Jones. This gave the Bulldogs back the lead. On the next drive that lead increased. Edmonds threw another pick and this one was returned for a touchdown. Hodges was the recipient of the pick six. Georgia added another field goal and had a 30-15 lead. The Buckeyes weren't ready to roll over and die. They answered back with a TD to bring it back to a one score game. OSU added another field goal to shrink the lead to 5. The coach knew a TD was needed and the offense came through. Jones scored his second TD of the game, this time from 45 yards. Another OSU turnover setup Georgia on a short field. This led to Jenkin's second rushing score of the game. OSU was able to answer back with a TD but didn't leave much time. Georgia recovered the onside kick but couldn't quite kill the clock. The Bulldogs tacked on a field goal and the defense shut down OSU on the final drive.

Offensively, OSU won the yardage battle (341-286) but turnovers devastated the Buckeyes. They turned the ball over five times in this game, including the pick six. Georgia only managed 11 first downs but had only two turnovers.

Offensive Player of the Game - Paul Jones 4 receptions 82 yards 2 TD

Defensive Player of the Game - Mike Gaddis 4 tackles 2 sacks 1 fumble forced
