RRAHx2 has evaluated all free agents for the 2016 offseason. Here is a list of all the top FA's on the market, along with their likely destinations.

    Tom Brady
    Age: 39
    Position: QB (Field General)
    Overall: 91-96
    Market Value: $13.5M - $16.5M
    Offers: 0
Possible Destinations: BUF, DEN, ATL, NYG, JAX, DET, GB, OAK, STL, BAL, HOU
    Likely Destination: HOU

    - Many teams in the league have the need for an elite QB, and even more have the cap space to afford a legend like Brady. The question is: Who is willing to gamble on the aging vet? Of the many possible destinations where we can see Brady suit up next season, Houston by far has the biggest need for this QB. With Houston having no QB rated above 70, and over $40M in cap space, they certainly have the moolah to make a move. Brady is a proven player who can turn any team into a contender. His age may have teams hesitant to offer right now, but once the season starts draws closer, look for Brady to get a contract. Some view his age as a negative, but in reality it could very well be a positive. Brady is the perfect player for a team who wants to "win now". He is a great QB, but he won't be around long enough to put a serious dent in a team's long-term goals.

    -----------------------------------------

    DeMarcus Ware
    Age: 34
    Position: OLB (3-4 Pass Rusher)
    Overall: 93-98
    Market Value: $9.45M - $11.55M
    Offers: 2 (CHI, HOU)
Possible Destinations: KC, IND, DAL, CHI, HOU
    Likely Destination: CHI

    - Although I have CHI listed as the likely destination for Ware, I think KC, or HOU would be the best place for him. However, HOU and KC have too many other needs to fill to drop the kind of money Ware is demanding. The league has plenty of 80+ OLB to go around, so the market for a player like Ware is not as strong as it would have been 5 yrs ago. Perhaps another team, will muster up the courage to jump in the bidding late, but I don't expect any surprises here. Chicago will win by default.

    --------------------------------------------

    Wes Welker
    Age: 35
    Position WR (Route Runner)
    Overall: 90-93
    Market Value: $8.10M - $9.9M
    Offers: 1 (HOU)
Possible Destinations: KC, HOU, SD, IND, SF, STL, BAL , HOU, CIN, BUF
    Likely Destination: CIN

    - Even though CIN hasn't even approached Welker to discuss an offer this off-season, I really do see them as the winners in the lotto. HOU has the biggest NEED for him, but they have so many other holes to fill, that I can't see them spending this much money on a commodity. Cincinnati is looking for some spark win them a tough division, and Welker is it. Paired with AJ Green, Welker will be just what is needed to push CIN past PIT and CLE in the division.

    ------------------------------------------

    Darren Sproles
    Age: 33
    Position: HB (Receiving Back)
    Overall: 86-91
    Market Value: $6.3M - $7.7M
    Offers: 1 (ARI)
Possible Destinations: ARI, CIN, DEN, TB
    Likely Destination: ARI

    - Another Pro Bowl vet on the market is Darren Sproles. While Sproles certainly has lost a step from his KR days in SD, he still is a top-tier receiving back. With ratings that embarrass most WR's Sproles can be a deadly addition to many teams. In a pool that is loaded with speedy backs, look for Sproles to not gather much attention. Many teams are scared away by his questionable speed and injury ratings, but a team like ARI can afford to take that risk. Also, after losing Welker in the off-season, ARI needs to find some offensive fire power.

    -------------------------------------------

    Matt Ryan
    Age: 31
    Position: QB (Pocket Passer)
    Overall: 89-91
    Market Value: $12.6M - $15.4M
    Offers: 0
Possible Destinations: BUF, DEN, ATL, NYG, JAX, DET, GB, OAK, STL, BAL, HOU
    Likely Destination: ATL

    - Coach Jay has already announced publicly that he intends to "bring Ryan back to the ATL". If that wasn't an indication, then IDK what is. With 0 offers so far, the future isn't showing many options for Ryan. Much of that could be attributed to the QB class in the upcoming draft. With talented Rookie 's available, GM's just don't want to pay these vets big money. At 31, Ryan still has a lot left in the tank, and is sure to turn ATL into a contender in the South

    --------------------------------------------

    Kellen Winslow
    Age: 33
    Position: TE (Receiver)
    Overall: 89-92
    Market Value: $5.31 - $6.49
    Offers: 2 (CLE, ARI)
Possible Destinations: KC, NYG, JAX, OAK, STL, SEA, ARI, PIT, HOU, DEN, CLE, TB
    Likely Destination: TB

    - Tampa Bay definitely has some needs to address this off-season, that we can all agree on. Undoubtedly, their biggest hole to fill though, is TE. The Bucs only have 1 TE on their roster coming in at a awesomely un-spectacular rating of 44 overall. Yeah, you read that right. TB needs Winslow like Hugh Heffner needs Viagra.. BAD. Don't be surprised if TB comes in late in FA and signs Winlsow to a lucrative deal.

    ----------------------------------------------

    Derek Cox
    Age: 29
    Position: CB (Man To Man)
    Overall: 84-87
    Market Value: $5.4M - $6.6M
    Offers: 3 (PIT, CHI, JAX)
Possible Destinations: TEN, BUF, DEN, STL, SEA, CHI, PIT, JAX
    Likely Destination: PIT

    - The Steelers are the front-runners to sign Derek Cox. They are lacking any sort of CB that even begin to compete with the #1 WR's in the NFL. They have plenty of cap space, and now just to go out and make it happen. In a division that boasts Torry Smith, A.J. Green, and perhaps Wes Welker, PIT needs some presence in the secondary if it hopes to repeat as AFC North champs.

    ----------------------------------------------

    Dontari Poe
    Age: 26
    Position: DT (Nose Tackle)
    Overall: 83-86
    Market Value: $1.89M - $2.31M
Offers: 4 (NYJ, STL, KC, SD)
Possible Destinations: NYJ, WAS, STL, KC, SD
    Likely Destination: NYJ

    - Dontari is one of the more popular free agents this year. In a pool that has a lot of proven veterans, Poe offers youth and upside. He will be a solid signing where ever he goes, but I think he will end up in New York. The Jets are hurting bad for a DT, and this looks like the best one they will be able find this year. The Jets don't really have a "plan B", so they need to go for broke in offering Poe, literally. If they offer him a good contract, I think Coach Golden will land his man.

    -----------------------------------------------

    Lamichael James
    Age: 25
    Position: HB (Receiving Back)
    Overall: 84-86
    Market Value: $1.97M - $2.39M
    Offers: 3 (CLE, CAR, CIN)
Possible Destinations: CLE, ARI, CAR, CIN, TB
    Likely Destination: CAR

    - As we all know, Coach King loves his speed backs. Lamichael James is the best one this FA pool has to offer. James is very young at only 25 Y/O and has great receiving attributes. Compared by many to Darren Sproles, James has GM's salivating at the thought of him in their backfield. Not to mention James is only demanding a fraction of what Sproles wants. Carolina will most likely walk away the winner in this one. CLE and CIN have too many more offers out to compete with CAR.

    -------------------------------------------

    Brooks Reed
    Age: 29
    Position: OLB (Pass Rusher)
    Overall: 84
    Market Value: $3.06M - $3.74M
    Offers: 3 (IND, KC, SD)
Possible Destinations: KC, IND, SD, ARI
    Likely Destination: KC

    - Brooks Reed is an intriguing free agent. After seeing much success in Houston, he is now a tempting target for GM's. Were his numbers in HOU inflated because of their already stellar front 7? Or is Brooks Reed truly a Pro-Bowl caliber player? Teams are putting up their mortgages to find out. KC will emerge victorious here, as they have both the means and the desire. They have more than enough money, and the greatest need. Coach Ranger needs to put up the big bucks to land this FA unless he wants to go after the big fish, D-Ware.

    ---------------------------------------------

    Tiras Brown
    Age: 25
    Position: CB (Run Support)
    Overall: 78-80
    Market Value: $1,17M - $1.43M
Offers: 5 (ATL, DEN, NO, TB, HOU)
Possible Destinations: TEN, BUF, DEN, STL, SEA, CHI, PIT, JAX, ATL, NO, TB, HOU
    Likely Destination: DEN

    - The young CB Tiras Brown has received the most attention this off-season. He is a solid CB who has great upside. He is lacking in the athletic dept., with average speed, height, and jumping ability, Brown isn't the best CB on paper. However, he does have the skills to be a top CB in the league. Denver needs a nice #2 CB to help T. Porter and new HC GDip feels Brown is it.

    (I'm liking this thread)

Interesting you see the Bengals and Welker coming together, he would fit in nicely as a needed weapon opposite of AJ Green after so many failed attempts to get a reliable target on the other side (Hartline, Sanu, Binns, etc. never stepped up).

But the Bengals are notoriously frugal... and while they have the cap room to meet his demands, they've not contacted his agent yet through the first week. Coach & GM, Snake Eyes, denies reports that his overall disdain for everything and anything "Patriots" has anything to do with their reluctance thus far.

Instead, the Bengals have been a defensive minded team the past 5 years... and after managing to keep Ed Reed from retiring for one more run at a championship, the Bengals have also been in contact with the recently un-retired Charles Woodson. At age 37, he could pair w/ Reed for two of the oldest & grumpiest safeties in the history of the game. While Taylor Mays has been a solid performer at the strong safety position, the Bengals appear to covet Woodson's coverage skills in a move seemingly aimed to counter some of the dangerous TE's in their conference and add more flexibility to the Bengals' base 4-3.

The Bengals are also in love with LaMichael James to possibly provide a one-two punch if paired with last years' first round pick, Bull Griggs.

If I had cap room, I'd definitely get on this. Stafford took up more than I expected. Haha. Hopefully he pans out or else we could see some problems in the future.

The Bengals have withdrawn from the LaMichael James sweepstakes, as he has drawn strong interest from three other teams. Ronnie Hillman and UC product Isiah Pead were also in town this week for visits. Pead, however, was on his way to Arizona next while Hillman remained in Cincinnati to meet with coaches.

They've also contacted representives for Wes Welker, who is currently being wined & dined by the Houston Texans and scheduled a visit with Charles Woodson.

Signed: G Richie Incognito, OLB Quincy Black, OLB Miles Burris

    Re-Signed: FS George Iloka

Incognito will compete for the starting left guard spot and add much needed depth. Black and Burris are both undersized but quick linebackers, and will provide insurance for injury for starters' Thomas Howard and Cedric Coley. Howard, possibly the best coverage linebacker in the league, is now 33 y/o and Coley will be entering just his 2nd season as a full time starter.

Iloka is not a sure bet to make the 53-man roster, especially if the Bengals draft a safety in the early rounds. But he will be given likely his last chance this preseason to make some kind of impression.

The Jets have re-signed Mark Mariani as a 4th WR and primary return man. outside of that, the Jets made a splash signing Logan Mankins to a 3 year deal. Mankins will be moving to RG to shore up the lone void on the offensive line. The Jets are now expected to put a top-10 rated offensive line on the field to protect 2nd year man and 1st year starter, QB Brett Ray. Mankins should also be used along with LG Cline on pulls for outside runs to pave the way for Pro Bowl HB Xavier Slaughter.

In related news, the Jets have reportedly increased their offer to Dontari Poe by a substantial amount.

Steelers have signed former division foe from the Browns TE Delanie Walker. Also added depth at QB bringing Dennis Dixon back to be there for Big Benjamin. Rumors have it they have illegally signed the best RT available , after confirmation, he may have to be dropped taking a huge cap hit that could effect them next season  Also added depth at LB bringing in youngster Sergio Kindle to add to one of the best LB cores in the league.
