2016 arrives with an exodus of 5 of 6 leading passers from 2015. Oregon, ASU, Purdue, Michigan, and Texas will all be breaking in new signal callers for the final season.

Ohio St. - No doubt sitting pretty with one of the nations best returning passer in Ben Smith (not to be confused with the Ben Smith thats graduating) back for his Senior season. Look for smith to bust the 4,000 yard mark in the final season of the Tradition.

UCLA - Jason Gore will be the spring starter but should be challenged by Darrell Considine for the opening day start. The two combined to for over 4,000 yards and 44 TD's. Combined they rate out as a national elite QB.

Oklahoma - J.D. Talley is sure to run the Oklahoma offense this year. Talley will have be more efficient if the Sooners want to win a National Title in the final season.

USC - Coach favorite Joe Parker looks to hold off Kelly Barry in Troy. Parker's rating of 157.8 is far below the league average and even further from elite. Barry will never be as mobile Parker but can put the ball where Parker cant. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Penn State - Can Penn St. afford Mark Fanene to complete TD's at the same rate as interceptions? You can if you have an uber defense. Fanene will have to improve his 176.0 rating for the Lions to be thinking about a National Title.

TAMU - TAMU bounced between QB's and offenses in 2015. All that bouncing and niether Randy Hall and Chad Williams could replicate the bromance the Aggies had with Butler. The best passer on the team Jordan Anderson languishes on the sideline as coach RynoAid demands speed from the QB postion. Look for Hall run the offense and improve on last years 177.4 QB rating.

OK.ST. - Looked like they shared snaps between their SR. QB's Josh Manning and Steve Stevenson. Kyle Luke is the favorite for this job next season and will be better than both of his mentors. Luke has a better arm and better accuracy good news for the cowboys.

Oregon - Bye bye Cory Crowder. Crowder leaves the traditon as its most prolific passer. Hello..Justin Cook, Cook doesn't possess Crowders pinpoint accuracy (99) but has a better arm. Cook will be a pocket passer to the max but is ready to take over one of the nations best offenses.

ASU - Darren Murray leaves his 4352 yards behind and Tempe welcomes a new QB to run its new offense. There will be a battle to see who guides ASU and its new spread offense. T.J. Thomas and P.J. Russell look to be very similar on paper. B+ accuracy and A- power. If Russell wins the nod his first pass of 2016 will only be his second of his career.

Purdue - Spencer Whaley will take over for Anthony Robinson thats for certain. The question is will he be remembered as the QB that broke the Boilermaker winning streak. Whaley is a solid QB who has waited his turn throwing 8 touchdowns and no interceptions during his role as backup.

Michigan - Bobby Horn brought the Wolverines within one game of the national championship in 2015 but he give way to Clark Smith. Smith should pick up right where Horn left off. Smith has a big arm and is a marksman with the pass. Smith should battle to be one of the nations best next year. Scout team QB Ben Respress will provide Michigan with a good representation of Penn St. QB Mark Fanene. Respress has 90 speed.

Texas - Brad Brown leaves Texas and we dont know who will QB the Longhorns next season. Texas has 5 QB's on its roster and the only one to see action in 2015 is Ernest Pleasant. Pleasent has an average arm and below avg accuracy but has good mobility. We see someone other Pleasant emerging to win this job.

Great Stuff Fosh! Regarding Purdue: Actually, although he is solid, I will decide later on who will be the QB. Whaley is very good, but I think he needs really good improvement this offseason in order to be considered the starter. The youngster has a GREAT arm, and I prefer that over accuracy.
